Thank you for the first-impression on the Sub10! I've been waiting for reviews since Buchardt announced it, so glad to hear it seems to deliver on all that it promises 🎉
I am leaning hard towards getting the SVS Ultra Nano as an upgrade to my desktop speakers. Look forward to that full review on those. Thank you very much for the quick impressions.
@@NemoPropaganda I am using the Neumi BS5. The ports are stuffed and they do sound great to my ears. It's always nice to see if I may be missing something in music/games with some kind of significant upgrade.
@@NemoPropaganda I got the recommendation from him actually. I also saw your review on the Schiit Rekkr. They pair really well together for my desk setup.
@@ItsElvis56 happy to hear that!! I'm not sure the SVS Nano would be good with the rekkr though. The Nano has strong bass and the Rekkr can drive speakers with strong bass but if you don't have a good ear for distorition you could end up damaging the speaker if you try to push it too hard with the rekkr. Bass sucks up a lot of wattage and quickly!
I’ve been searching for someone doing a review for the SVS nano. I think they will be the perfect replacement for my RP400m’s on my computer desk paired with my RSL mini amp and svs sb 1000 pro. I can’t wait to see the full review!
Thanks for the teaser. I preordered the Sub10 and will receive it in august due to shipping problems through the Suez Channel. Should have had it in late June/early July. Im a happy owner of the S400 MKII and hope you will do at test with them. Thanks :)
I like the early ..and I like the full .. Give us all the angles. Im enjoying the bookshelves now too.. Pretty decent sound.. but I think my room is making them messy.. I need to play with a few things.
I don't think the flatsub can compete, based on what I've read most people seem to feel its extension spec is exaggerated and it most likely will not produce any bass below 30hz, hard to find any real data but it's smaller, less powerful, and more expensive. Might be an okay option for those needing something that shape but wow the price is high for what you're getting.
And another one ✊🏼 great review ! Question tho, and especially on subs. Can you also include the SPL/db on subs with the measured lowest frequency levels? 20hz sounds impressive but can it do at to least at 85-95 db and sound good. You know what I'm saying?
I know what you mean, no I don't think it will do 20hz with extreme output but I also don't have a way to test that :( If you know of an easy way to test that I may consider it but I currently have a fulltime job and YT channel is just a side project for me so I can't add a process to my reviews that is time intensive.
@@NemoPropaganda understood. I was thinking a Umik-1, laptop and REW just for a baseline example of how it would measure in one of your rooms. Appreciate the response and the next one ✌🏼
the main wall you see is just using polyester panels to reduce a bit of slap echo, search dekiru on amazon. The panels that make the big difference are out of frame, GIK gobo panels at the first reflection points and bass traps at the rear of the room.
Sub 10 hypeeee!!! Curious how they pair with the Buchardt 400 mark ii in the full review. Totally down for the previews, especially like the sub 10 when there’s very little content out there currently that I’m aware of for this product.
RSL's greatness is in their ability to design an amazing vented cabinet, I'm not saying they can't make a compact sealed sub, it's just not really their thing and the price would still be high, compact bass is just expensive.
@@Audfile personally I'd rather see RSL keep to their formula of simplicity & extreme value. I think that's what the market expects from them and they have been delivering on that. It certainly could be cool to see them do something wilder that might cost a little more but I don't think they're interested in that. Even with the 12s, they know they could have sold it for $999, they just didn't want to.
@NemoPropaganda well, I think this type of sub is going to become extremely popular and is probably the near future. Honestly I'm amazed it took this long. Dirac type correction has been held back by requiring a laptop to setup and requiring a separate box to run or you have to have a HT receiver. Putting it in the sub is BRILLIANT.
They look like they came together.
they do make a cute little combination together for sure :)
Hello, Nemo! Where is the SVS Nano's detailed review? Cheers!
That video will be published in one week :)

Thanks. Appreciate your first impressions as they can be the most telling sometimes.
Buchardt Subwoofer,, Coool,, 👍😎👍

My guy, the more I watch your channel the more I appreciate your content. Thanks for keeping it honest and transparent.
thank you for the kind words dude!
Thank you! Excited for this to start a 2.1 > 3.1 and onwards office game room system
Nice teaser.... Can't wait for the full blown review....!

@@ItsElvis56 okay cool, I never heard that one but Erin from erinsaudiocorner said it was pretty darn good for the money.

oh man, I never heard the RP400m so I can't really comment on that but I know people like those speakers a lot too!

Great reviews. I have the Nano's on order. Just waiting for SVS Canada to get their stock in
nice! hope you like it :)
@@NemoPropaganda - Thanks I'm sure they will out perform the SVS Prime Satellites I'm currently using as rear surrounds
Great as always!
I have a sub10 on preorder!
congrats!
Thanks! Would be nice to see how it compares to a dls flatsub 8.2

Maybe the sense of scale you hearing is the boundary effect :D thats because the driver is not centered but "offset" in the cabinet.
possibly, I'm not 100% sure on what it is honestly but the darn thing sounds bigger and more effortless than it's little size would suggest :)

I've never heard Buchardt in person we don't have them in the uk but judging by how everyone loves the bass on the speakers i have high expectations
Nobody has them you order them from the company in Norway, their an Internet direct company.
Buchardt is from Denmark 😉👍
@wegardfjeld3789 lol oh yeah, knew it was one of em.
you just buy on their website :) they're not sold in any retail stores.
What's the video in the background?

Hey RSL! Make THIS.

@NemoPropaganda oh, I mean make their awesome cabinet but also put in correction. Make a Speedwoofer 10MK3 with DSP correction.

Hear me out rythmik... Well maybe not because getting 20Hz extension with such a cabinet will be a unique challenge.
Edit: 20Hz out of that thing? WTF
Well, in room and at reasonable volumes. I’m not saying it’ll crank 20hz at 110dB+ 😅
