Haha pc cotton stitched me up years ago, my ex wife and friends were being my constantly bullied at uni in halls so I stood up to a gang of girls and guys, pc cotton turned up, told me what they reported, I explained the holes in their story, information which he relayed to the other party the next day (as they were too drunk to give statements at the time) which led the party to adapt their stories and spend times getting their story straight.
Even though on the night pc cotton told me he knew they were lying and felt bad for us, he then gave me the option of attending court when I was due on tour or taking a caution for common assault there and then so I don’t have to potentially miss my work tour

My voluntary org works in child protection. We tell everyone:"record everything". So far, that advice has led to one man avoiding a conviction + prison sentence, and got a mother of a young child out of HMP Peterborough after she'd been stitched up by local police and social workers.

Congratulations Crimebodge on getting justice in the Mark Knight case.
No surprise on the Buckle and Cotton case, it all comes down to whether their PR people think they can get away with covering up their totalitarian overreach, in Knights case they would have struggled so were forced to act, for less aggregious acts they will rally round their stasi pals.

Did all the free man off land thing refused to do everything breathalyser etc. At the end of the programme quickly said he was released without charge. But think conservatives changed the law back around 2013 where to revoke your citizenship (to be freeman of the land) You need citizenship of another country. So basically if you don't work for an embassy you can't do it or they can deport you if they want to. Sad that now police who are only supposed to get out a taser if they are immediately threatened or some on arrested being unco-operative hmmm has changed to run at an innocent person with tasers charged fingers on trigers red dots locked onto the person!!

It's a shame for the few good cops but, if they are not going to speak up, they will have to be lumped in with the rest of the corrupt judiciary. And notice how it is the judiciary aka barristers and judges who ALWAYS make money regardless.

Its all secret societies, looking out for each other. All with the heads in the trough of the public purse. Dishing it out amongst themselves in their secret dinners at their lodges. This is where contracts are made, the chain of command is subverted within organisations, back room secret deals. This is how vip pedo rings get covered up. The corruption is ignored, burried bad practice covered up. The police are saturated in the masons. The bankers are the templers, that's why the temple square mile has its own police force in the London financial Square mile ALL hand picked masons. The courts are saturated also called the temple bar. Its a big club and were not in it. The systems rigged, stock markets rigged the elections are rigged its a selection not election. The shit they shuffle every 4 years gives you the illusion of choice, you have no choice, we have owners. They own and control everything, everyone in politics are compromised and in their back pockets.

Legislation, statutes & acts are only enforceable with consent from the governed; and only apply to legal fictions (Person/The Strawman). You are living (man, woman and/or people).
*What is the difference between legal and lawful?*
Lawful applies to the living man or woman - Common Law - The Law-of-the-Land.
Legal applies to that which is incorporated (corporation/person) - Admiralty Law - The Law-of-Waters.
You are under no lawful obligation to answer any questions, or do as anyone says; especially including Policy Officers. (Adhering to their will, will potentially result in you inadvertently placing yourself into their Admiralty Jurisdiction.)
      *Always record police encounters*
      Some appropriate responses:
      - "I don't answer any questions."
      - "Am I obligated to answer questions?"
(If accused of obstruction for exercising your Lawful right not to answer questions, or do as they say, inform them to look up Rice vs. Connolly - it is not an obstruction.)
      - "The Law does not require me to provide that information."
      - "No - I do not stand under you in this matter." (In legalese, the language of the Law Society, 'do you understand?' is synonymous with, 'do you stand under my authority?' It has nothing to do with comprehension, and everything to do with Jurisdiction.)
If they attempt to convince you that a Statute is Law, respond with:
"The failure to differentiate between a statute and Law is gross negligence, and is equivalent to fraud (trespass - Common Law violation)".
The most powerful question you can ask an officer:
"Are you under your oath of office?"
This determines whether or not they have authority. The authority ONLY to enforce and uphold the Law-of-the-Land - Common Law. NOT to enforce legislation, statutes or acts.
Do not consent. Do not accept. Do not understand. Do not provide any of your details, as this will be considered as your consent to represent your Strawman (the legal fiction created at your birth) and be subject to their legislation, statutes & acts (which are Admiralty jurisdiction - The-Law-of-Waters).
Common Law is the Law-of-the-Land, this Law applies to the man or woman, the people; and the Laws are as follows:
      1. Cause no injury
      2. Cause no loss
      3. Cause no trespass (there a multiple definitions, it is not just entering someone else's property without consent.)
If there is no victim, there is no crime.
      Common sense.
