@@boosomentity The police would be a legal person but not an individual. According to CPS guidance: "A prosecution under section 2 or 4 [of the Protection from Harassment Act] requires proof of harassment. In addition, there must be evidence to prove the conduct was targeted at an individual, was calculated to alarm or cause him/her distress, and was oppressive and unreasonable." Worth noting that it goes on to state that group harassment is possible, however it appears that this again requires the target be a number of individuals from the group due to their inclusion in the group, not the actual group "entity" itself.

Surely the police must follow the order they are given to arrest a suspect if ordered to by senior office ie if a wanted situation any officer can make the arrest anywhere not just the officer who lodged the initial complaint? Otherwise a senior officer could say 'arrest him' the junior officer could stand there and say 'ive just arrived and have no reason to do anything sir' which I don't think is how police forces operate, and arresting someone doesn't mean you have been convicted, they must know you are innocent till proven guilty (which I always think should be innocent unless proven guilty!), just wondering.

@Terry Tugger but... He was so nice when driving me to the hospital. Spoke about his family and we chatted and laughed- they are human after all and I thank you so very much for your kind words, you seem like such a wonderful person but i was born and raised to always respect authorities and my elders. It's my entire life teachings. I'm a native man and our culture is the demonstration of peace, love and unity. I know it seems unrelated but I'd love to explain my train of thought on the situation. Leni Lenape is my tribe and we have suffered too much and humanity has suffered too much, instead of such hostility there must be some teaching. Lead by example show them (the police) how to act should they fall out of order. There are bad cops not every orchard has perfect apples but it doesn't mean all of them are rotten. Just gotta convey a message to them peacefully and calmly like adults should and show them the errors of their ways, what the academy has failed to teach them is quite sad and we gotta establish change at the source, however the public can also show them the errors of their ways too. I know its not the publics job but they do havr emotions which may come as a shock but its true.

They dropped charges against a paedo down the road from me. He was chatting to one of those sting pages, sent them pictures of his bits thinking it was a young child.
