Nope they have no accountability. I was even able to prove the police lied in court about the reason I was there ( cannabis cultivation) they lied their asses off and had physical evidence to prove it the police proved it themselves when they stood up an lied when their statements proved they were lying. The courts? Didn’t give a shit. Said it didn’t matter at all and only cared that I was eventually caught with a few plants. The fact the polices search was completely illegal and they proved it themselves didn’t matter. Even lying In Court under oath didn’t matter. The whole justice system is corrupt to the core.

It's by design, they only want to give the appearance of law and order, knowing full well they are the source of the injustice that most members of the public are likely to face. If you never experienced it, you just believe everything works just how the media driven propaganda has taught us to believe the law works in our favour. But in reality, we are the innocent victims of it's corruption.

Im not sure what good you think that this would do.
Do you really think that Johnny Law is going to be put off by someone with a load of laminated cards in his glove compartment detailing the laws that the driver claims the cop has just broken? Do you think that the cop will even care?
The cops arrogance is such that after repeating this kind of behaviour so many times he or she honestly believes that they are in the right so nothing you will say is going to convince him or her to back off.
If anything it could work against you. The video would help the cops to demonstrate to the magistrate that you were combative, aggressive etc etc..
The purpose of this video isn't to arm drivers with weapons with which to argue with police. At no time was any suggestion made that the driver should offer x,y or z as a response to the cops.
This video is designed to give drivers the knowledge of what illegal actions the police have taken so that civil action can proceed successfully.

After producing letters from their employers the police have then used the words "well, we'll use this opportunity to check your car" and have proceeded to check lights, tyres and the likes. I messaged Wiltshire police on their F.B. channel to ask if this was lawful and a big fat nothing in response.
My question is, is this legal? Any comments would be highly appreciated.

Don't quote me on this as I truly don't know but I think it is. I recall seeing police use that trick on people they stopped because of Intel on drugs. Except the car didn't have any drugs that time so the officers checked the car over. And of course because this was a TV programmes they found the tyre had become a bit too worn so they fined the driver for that.
It was clearly just a cheap shot in both cases on TV and with your friends. Disappointed they couldn't nail the driver for the intended offence they abuse their power to try to punish you another way. All I think you can do is check your vehicle is fully legal and film all encounters.
It's odd because I work too, my uniform is obscured by my coat but I've never been stopped. My colleagues say it's because our occupation will show up on the police insurance check. They see me as NHS and don't bother me.
