such a responsible rebuilding of tyre, workers these days usually do not bother to apply such an immense effort. Alot of appericiations to this old man.

That is absolute talent and ingenuity. You don't find solutions or people that are willing to put in the labor like that anymore over here in America. Very impressive.
I admire these people. They get the most value out of everything. The level of skill exhibited here. Doing things old school. Manually. And they take pride in what they do. No matter how simple it may seem. They give that job their undivided attention. The final results are nothing short of fabulous.
Gone are these repairs in the USA, this damage would have required another tire completely. The expertise in cottage products is totally functional and awesome to watch. Thanks for sharing. 😁🇨🇱🇺🇸👍👍👍
I always wonder how people manage to combine all these steps into a complex process. Its all physics and chemistry combined. The ingenuity is incredible. My deepest respect from someone from a "developed" country. We can learn from you.
Actually, necessity is mother of all inventions. People somehow manage to live. The development done by developed countries is effort of this kind of ideas & hard working.
That was an intense repair. I pulled into shops with a semi to get tires repaired and guys were complaining about their jobs with modern tools. This guy does it like it's his favorite hobby.
Greetings, thanks and respect from Algeria to the talented, creative and hardworker craftsman, who works in simple working conditions, and to the one who videorecorded and published this video to the world
This is the first time I have seen this tractor tire repair process. It was probably lead or an alloy with tin, because other metals would burn rubber. The external vulcanization also resulted in a negative cast of the tread. Later, it was used as a base for the second stage, but probably already for pressing the internal rubber slice, and perhaps also when hot. It was finesse in this Gentelmen performance. Congratulations 👌.
Someone who fully understands the importance of proper prep work.. And giving the project a proper amount of time in between stages.. when you rush the process it will fail.
I'm always impressed with skills that most people don't even know about. I do woodworking but use hand tools from the 1800's so seeing people use basic tools combined with years of knowledge always impresse's me. Great repair!👍
20 or 25 years ago that kind of repairs were common in Spain, at least on some of my nearest shops they did that, now the youg guys working on most of those shops can sell you a new tire... if they are not busy smoking illegally inside the shop, one day I went to replace the front wheels of my tractor and until the boss came all three employees refused to do the work on the same day... and those were small tires (7.50-16) using the machines they have the two can be replaced in 15 minutes at most with no effort. In the end they changed one and their boss another, and he cannot complain because they would leave work despite having a decent salary, they prefer to collect unemployment and be on the couch with the play station.
@@ruben_balea This does remind me that a farmer in Germany next to my home did complain this summer that a) cańt get tures for trailers & equipment and if b) horribe expensive all the sudden. Since nobody does repair anymore the farmer drives very carefully or has equipment down.

And also to respect everyone's life and work. I hope one day she will put this teaching at work.
@@renanjacob6791 Look at their poor working conditions. Zamak is zinc based alloy with melting point 400°C and i think its too rare and expensive for their country. Still think its only cheap lead salvaged from old car batteries, with low melting point 300°C, easy meltable in open pan.
