So you cannot save video on the save file if the app is close?
If im using sd card to save the videos, what if the sd card are full, it will stop to record a video or it will delete the old saved videos and continue recording? I hope you reply. Thanks

How come the iPad Amcrest View Pro app does not have “Configuration Center” ?
Only records if I hit record manually and then stay in the app with the camera open, as soon as I close out it stops recording even if I have it in my settings to always record. HELP

no it does not, the interface is terrible, I have had this product for a few years and I hate it and by hate i mean there is no worse word to say than that otherwise id use that word

@Amcrest Technologies, when I watch live view on my Android phone, my screen keep going to sleep after 30 seconds. I there a way to disable screen sleeping while watching Live View?

It must be yourself with the problem my Camera is great.
The cameras are fine, but their access software hasn't kept up with modern pc browsers and their damn android app demands permission to location data. WHY? No good reason, I assure you, despite the lame platitudes they throw out online. Their IT dept absolutely sucks!
