I'm going to have to live to be 100 years old to finish all the Bagoday projects I want to complete! Thank you.
Great tip using two yarns at beginning❤
Yes 👍
This is going to be so much fun. I use moss stitch but never tried rectangle
You are such a blessing🌷😊 You are amazing girl 🎉 My eyesight is gone but still love to listen to you and your tutorials help me to crochet 🧸
Awwsw, sorry to hear that. Have you tried those magnifying things that hang on your neck? Some r even lighted to help at night. They work pretty good! At Michael's, Joann's, hobby lobby, maybe at Walmart too and on Amazon, etc,,, my eyes are not so good either, so I go a good head lamp. It's great!! Shines right on my crocheting.... Just some trips for you!!! 🥰
Moss stitch is my favorite!!! Great advice for the middle!!!
Believe it or not…. I actually love working corners! Did I just type that? 😂
😳🤣🤣🤣
Me too it breaks up the monotony
😮
Corners remind you that you are making progress. What's not to love?
I love corners too.
I love using this stitch. Great idea for the start and turning at the end of each row. You are a great teacher. Thank you for sharing this pattern. 🧶💜🙏🏻
Thanks for teaching us newbies the corners for a rectangular piece. You are a great teacher.
Thank you, Crystal, for showing me how to make the corners of the moss stitch rectangle so you can’t see the seams. I’ve made a couple square and rectangle moss stitch blankets but didn’t like the visible seams at the joins. I also appreciate you showing us how to start it with the reinforcement center.😀
This looks easy to do! Thanks Crystal! ❤❤❤
This is exactly how I do mine when doing it continuously, except I don’t ch1. Reinforcing the start, is a great idea too👍
Thank you!! These corners are so much better than slip stitches. Love all you do🎉
Thank you for your amazing instructions. You are truly a special teacher.love you!
Hi Crystal, Thank you for the tutorial. Stitch is pretty with the ombré yarn. Be safe
OMG! I was wondering why I wasn't getting any notifications from my "ALL TIME FAVORITE CROCHET CHANNEL" & just realized that I have gotten "UNSUBSCRIED" 😮 Well that got addressed ASAP. 😊 I'm back on track. Love this tutorial. Well done, Crystal 🔮 👏
Thank you crystal for this tutorial. Im to be a new grandma to two bundles of joy one in three mo ths and posibly another in six months. I saw your tutorial of the sesame street baby afghan. Awesome. This moss stitch rectangle is a masterpiece of a master crocheter of which is you. Your initial teacher would be proud of your expertice. Iris.
I have 2 triangle moss stitch shawls going right now. It might be my favorite stitch pattern.
Thank you Crystal for the great idea about double strands in the center! ..and the rectangle moss stitch, was what I was searching for, should have known I’d find it here 😊
I made a from the middle baby blanket for my granddaughter years ago and sure enough, the middle stitches gave way, but now I know what to do, thank you! ❤
Thank you for showing how to stop the center from stretching. ❤ This would make an awesome blanket. Prayers🤗🙌❣️

Thank you for this Crystal. That is my absolute favorite stitch I love the texture. I would’ve never thought to reinforce the center and the hdc in the corner - you’re genius!!! ❤
I think I’m going to put this in my do at work sweater. It’s got a lot of your stitch tutorial stitches in it. So it’s my stitch sampler sweater. Thanks for all your hard work, Crystal. I so appreciate it. Hope you’re having a good evening!!!❤
That's a great idea, Traci. I always think of stitch sampler blankets, but a sweater would be beautiful.
Thanks Cheryl
Thank you and going to work on my corners. You make it easy to not be intimidated by them.

I'd LOVE if you did an afghan similar to the one you got for the dog action and one for you. The Victorian style pattern. I love that pattern. I think it would be very popular!!! Thanks! Austin TX USA

Awesome tutorial love how you teach. Thank you Crystal.
I used the same method to make a crochet hood. Starting in that way, eliminates the pointy hood look (which I am not fond of) makes a very smooth hoodie!
Thank you, Crystal
I watched the entire video and can’t wait to see what you made with the fabric you’re working on in the video!
Beautiful 😊pattern thank you ❤ favorite stitch ❤❤❤❤
Crystal, that is beyond beautiful! The rich color, the incredible stitch at a different angle, the whole thing was a joy to watch. In fact, I'm going to watch it again right now! ;)

Crystal!! This is gorgeous- both the stitch and the colors!! I love Ombre sooo much!!😍I have to look more seriously to find where I can buy RedHeart Ombré Yarn and affordably? shipped to Vancouver, B.C. I would buy every color I could!! I would tell my husband and family they could be early Birthday and Christmas presents!😉 Thank you for showing and explaining about what happened with Red Heart Ombré colors and comparing to the new Premier Ombré. I agree with your review. Red Heart Ombré colors and yarn are still the best!!👍
I have been wanting to learn how to make a Rectangle Moss Blanket for some time. After making it, I’m thinking a cardigan would be so nice too! And all in Ombré!! Thank you so much for teaching me/us how to make this the right way!! Especially loving the sweet way to start in the initial rectangle centre!! I stress a tch about doing my corners so they look like corners!!🤪 Thank you for that too!! I remember someone asking if you could show how to do this. I think there are a lot of us that were wishing and a hoping for this exact tutorial!! I’m excited to see what you finish making!!🤗😘💖🌹🇨🇦
This stich is a favorite. So grateful for all these free tutorials that I can enjoy for years to come❤
