When you haven't seen your daughter for a few hours while she hasn't seen you in over 30 years...
Exactly
Imagine your mother mysteriously disappears in your teenager years and suddenly comes back when you're dying in a terminal condition. That must be a strong cocktail of feelings and all you do is crying... these two actresses were so perfect... the scene is so powerful.
I didnt even cry!
you know what????
i admit, i cried..
i cried bro! help me!
And imagine your missing mother is now the same age you are
what crossed my mind was that Regina thought was that she was dying and that was the reason she was seeing her dead mother
Strong cocktail of feelings indeed to experience anything like this 💛
What made this scene so sad for me was that maybe Regina didn't really believe it was real but just a hallucination because of her cancer. And then they touch and she really feels it - feels it being real
💛
I love Claudia so much!! Specially the actress who played adult Claudia was so elegant and a treat to watch! I really loved her acting
From a story stand point, Claudia took on that elegant trait from Agnes Nielson when she first saw her as a little girl. She complemented her to Tronte for saying that your mom is very elegant. That's why she wore the red lipstick when she's on her way to be the boss of the power plant.
I also thought she did an outstanding performance throughout the series !
@@OceanIgs Wow! i need to watch this series all over again
Iggy Lopez Ohhhh that’s so true, Claudia is my favorite character i think too she’s so elegant and pretty
@@TsarOfRuss "The cycle must repeat, just as it always has" ;)
When we first met Claudia I thought she was going to be a one-off type character, only there to show us how Regina came to be how she was. I was just a LITTLE bit off on that one.
Lol same.......hell throughout the 1st season up until they show the older badass claudia , i thought that she's just a minor character...but boy was i wrong.....
@@Rash23215 , Claudia is the MVP!
Yup! I didn’t expect her to a major character. She’s probably my favorite.
Since Regina would have had no idea about time travel, her reaction is of someone who thought this was their angel coming to take them away from this life. One of the top 3 scenes of the whole series. And the acting...bloody hell...
But i thought she hated her mom?
@@alceusrydan6237it’s still her mom
This show is so great man... theres like 8 of these kind of scenes where past meets future and they’re all so captivating. Teared up during each of these reunion scenes they were so greatly written and captured.
i thought game of thrones reunions were emotional, i was dumb!
this movie actually teaches me alot of lesson, i could bully my future child like Katherina did to Mikkell, and i could neglect my kids like Claudia did to Regina, alot of lessons bro, all are just so sad
@@TsarOfRuss Did Katherina bully Mikkell? I thought she was only a bully in her youth... Not as Mom to her kids. Also, all those ''lessons'' are nothing new, you should know this yourself.
Old "White witch" Claudia meeting her young father and apologizing was one of the most intense scene.
It's also the acting and the background music. The acting was so grounded it felt real. Most sci fi time travel movies and dramas they just do not feel real and the acting is not grounded. The scenes were so grounded and the music was sinister and creepy. Brilliant show.
@@yevgeniyaleshchenko849Katharina as a teenager bullied Mikkel. She didn’t know he was her son tho.
Claudia Tiedemann is my favorite character in this show. She finally had the key.
same
Regina is soo innocent
I love Regina both teen and Adult one
who is her real father???
@@TsarOfRuss Bernd Doppler
@@TsarOfRuss Bernd Doppler
I still dont get it how Bernd is her father lol
I am a man in my mid-40s with a rough past and a fairly stable personality. I very rarely cry and almost never in movies or series, but this scene made me cry like a little girl whose cat got run over. I also had tears in my eyes when Aleksander hugged Regina when he found out that she had cancer. Very few productions have managed to do that. All the main roles in Dark are incredibly well cast, but for me Deborah Kaufmann plays so real and tangible here that you forget to see a fictional character. You just want to protect Regina and hug her.
they are both so talented actresses!
I was so happy Regina got her happy ending.
The casting is so good they didn’t stop at making the same person look alike. Also family relatives (the close ones) in some cases!
Dark season 2 was the best season
@crowthrone Yeah I kind of feel that in season 3 people just wanted answers as to what is going on and were fed up with twists and turns. At the end we got all our answers lol.
But season 1 had a scene with familiar by Agnes Obel and it was hilarious.
Regina is the person whom Claudia loves most .She would go through hell for her like Michael for Jonas.
one of the best scenes! wow
I hope we get to see more from Julika, her delivery as Claudia was outstanding!
They both look so much alike...damn the casting is on point in this show..
Claudia looks better without all that garish make up
Yes. But that was 80's style.
80’s
80s
80s
80s
its all about CLAUDIA she is the only one who understood traveling cuz she was smart at MATH
She is a genius..
was waiting for this scene to be uploaded, thank you!
What I love about dark is after traveling in time no one meet anyone from their same time, either they're too old or too young. Even before this scene Bartoz already informed regina that her mom might be come to visit her which in normal, but instead of old claudia the director chose adult Claudia to visit regina which even makes this scene a real "dark" scene.
A masterpiece!
The actress who plays regina really nails it
Viajar al futuro y enterarse de que tu hija esta en etapa terminal
Eso me rompió el corazón 💔
Y tener que enterrarla
Isn't it weird Claudia and Silja are sisters so Silja is Regina's aunt and Regina is grandmother of Noah so she is also great grandmother of charlotte and mother in law of Elisabeth , dang
Regina is the grandmother of Noah because ( spoilers ) Bartosz is the father of Noah and bartosz is Regina son.
@@janiceflores4267 exactly
@@999merv2 Regina is Bartosz's mom and Bartosz is Silja's daughter
@@snehalray1731 Silja is Bartozch's wife, not daughter and he is a boy how can he be a daughter.....

Claudia is the MVP!
Finally someone uploaded this scene
1:17 Regina cry was like : why you left me and do you know that i have cancer now !!!
Absolutely an amazing and very powerful scene!
La scène qui m'a donné le plus de frisson...
Personnellement, je préfère la rencontre Jonas adulte - Hannah, on voit clairement le soulagement de Jonas : on le reconnaît enfin, il n'est plus "l'étranger".
La même chose pour moi
It was so emotional scene
The most powerful scene in the series IMO
Good actress
Pra mim essa é a cena mais pesada da série. O jeito que a câmera pega a Regina olhando pra trás e vendo a mãe dela parada na porta é muito foda, eu senti que eu tava na sala presenciando esse encontro bizarraço kkkkkk
This series is a gem ❤
I’m watching the show in Italian. There are so many great dubbers for this show but definitely that of Claudia gives to the act and to the actress an enormous value!
The french one is good :)
Same in Spanish. The dubbers are very good. Totally enjoyable.
I find myself incapable of watching subtitled because If I'm missing someone's face for just a second I got lost.
This scene 😭😭😭
Claudia is outstanding
I wonder since claudia Disappeared when Regina was like 16 or 17 and her grandfather die who did she stay with at the time??
Alexander?
Master long yea that what kinda thought too
@@Jenny-td3bl , Alexander is the best husband!
@@firaxolegirein9816 yes he is not like Ulrich, a cheating husband
I didnt cry
Claudia looks older for a 48 year old though. Anyway she resembles JK Rowling
Its because of her 80s look
@@anneneville6255 and also stress. People underestimate how much stress can age you up
@@Asehhar are you talking about the actress or the character?
@@maxim196 the character. The actress is obviously older than she's supposed to (Claudia is in her mid 40s while the actress is older)
Sweta Das We'll wait how YOU would look when you're 48, honey. A woman bashing looks/age of another woman thinking she is somehow perfect lmao. Classic...
Why didn't Hannah remember Jonas kathrina and mikkel all three of them?
And why did Ulrich didn't remember kathrina?
😍😍😍😍😍
😭
For me she looks way older than he should be on this adult phase. Especially compared to Tronte that is still looks quite young at the exact same time. But the actress did an amazing job for the adult Claudia, just looks too old tho...
i mean claudia was 45-46 , and her actress was only a few years older. i’d imagine the stress of being a single mother while also being the first female ceo in a challenging and male dominated industry would make her look a bit older😭
