Always a pleasure my friend, so very happy you stopped by, trusted in me to help you, liked and subbed as well as took a moment out of your day to thank me. It means a ton to me and I am so very happy I could help you.
Haha thanks bud, it was like the 4 or 5th time playing, I was getting more in the groove and with the DTS, it helped a lot. I hope you have a great one too my friend and thanks so much for checking it out.
I watched a couple of your videos on how to install windows 11 and update drivers having just built my first gaming PC. I'm having a issue with my system not booting into windows. I believe I have all my settings right but it either boots to black screen or bios. Then when I got the reset button sometimes it boots into windows, sometimes the Bios screen. Intel 13900k, Asus z790-a, EVGA 3080ti ultra gaming, 32gb ddr4 ram,. 1 TB Samsung M2 mnve SSD and a firecuda 530 2tb same. Asus 850 gold PSU. After completing the build it turned on and booted into bios. Everything went perfect. So I messed something up installing windows lol
in your BIOS settings for the boot order do you have Windows Boot Manager selected as the primary boot device? This video would help: ua-cam.com/video/LUjY0aJaQqY/v-deo.html
@@ThisBytesForYou I listened to your videos on my phone and I always wear headphones so you know as well as I do it's much easier to hear things when you have headphones on but I could definitely notice a difference. Keith
@@ThisBytesForYou Good morning Iggy Even though I am not a gamer I still enjoyed hearing some of those sounds in that game of yours they sounded so realistic the bombs and guns etc. Keith
I know only about SteelSeries Arctis 7 having dtsX, now Cloud Stinger 2 does too. Can you tell me exactly how many headphones are there with dtsX integration? Also if you have to choose between Dolby ATMOS and dtsX, then who would you prefer more and why?
unfortunately, I have not used Arctis products since my last time at PAX, maybe in 2017, but they haven't sent me anything to review. I have been using HyperX products for quite sometime, they have always been amazing, I have used some Alienware and Corsair headphones in between, which have been nice, but the HyperX seem to always take care of me. I don't know which do, but many can purchase it separately, you can read about it here: dts.com/dts-sound-unbound-faq/ DTS X will work on all headphones, while Dobly ATMOS will only work in certified Dolby headsets. DTX is only about $10, while licensing on anything will cost more because the licensor, will charge the company a fee, and the company has to make their money back, and typically the fee is double the price of the license, so DTX is cheaper, maybe initially or depending on the cost and feature set vs an equivalent dolby product, maybe cheaper for a while. DTS is better for gaming as it work better than dolby on determining height differences of the sound, aside from that, Spatial wise, they are very similar. For movies though, Dolby might be best.
Hi, does the dtx spatial audio work on ps5 as well? Coz I am thinking to buy it for games like COD Warzone were locating the footsteps sound of your enemy is very much important.
I will try, after buying the 4090, I am crunched on a budget (danger territory) so I am trying to recoup, but I will see what I can do. Thanks so much for your kind words my friend and your support, it means the world to me.
Thank you so much my friend, I do appreciate it. It's looking like it will be Tuesday, maybe even Wednesday, a lot of content I need to edit through over 30 gigs, and there are still some pieces I have not recorded... uggg, why do i get myself into this mess hahaha.
Thanks bud, they are awesome since I was not really expecting a set of stereo headphones to be worth it, but not only do they sound great, they are incredibly affordable too, you can't go wrong with it.

well, what are your system specs now, cpu, memory (also DDR4 vs 5), motherboard, video card, power supply, etc? Also, what do you use your PC for? What is the highest resolution your monitor can handle?
@@ThisBytesForYou Currently i have the 5950x with 32gb of 3600mhz 3090ti powered by a 1000w corsair psu i have a 4k 120hz screen currently because i tried it once at microcenter, and i gotta say i was impressed its a very noticable compared to the 2k so i had to get one, I use my computer for cad drawings, and 3d designing, I mainly game alot on it, I also use it for designing, and some light content creation and editing.
At 1920x1080 you are CPU bound and 3840x2160, you are GPU bound though the CPU will still do its thing, its always needed. By day, I am an IT Manager at an Automation facility. We design and build Automation equipment to improve companies processes, lighten the load on employees and increase time to complete the end goal, we save companies millions of dollars. We design these machines with Solidworks and AutoCAD. While having multiple cores on a CPU will help, it won't help much in Solidworks (it helps in rebuilding) and AutoCAD, multiple cores are starting to be used more, but like Solidworks on in very basic tasks, not in day to day use. AutoCAD and Solidworks will use Speed more than cores, so the faster the core, the better it is used, but if you are using Solidworks and AutoCAD, newer than from 2019, you will be utilizing your GPU MUCH more than your CPU since it utilizes CUDA and OpenGL 4.5, so your bottleneck will be your GPU, well aside from the speed of your CPU. I don't think you will benefit much from the newer processors, since with the newer AMD you will NEED to get DDR5, a new board and a new processor, though you will need the same with Intel, though you may still be able to use your RAM. Between the new gen AMD and Intel, it seems the new gen Intel is better, not a fan boy but from the benchmark results I have seen, sadly the 4090 has left me with a lot less money, so I cant afford to buy newer stuff for a while, I am too small, people don't send me anything or much at least. Between the 5950X and 12900K, moving to the new gen will net you more FPS, but negligible especially since you are running at 2K and/or 4K, 1080P would be heavily cpu bound. You have a 3090TI so you will be able to BLOW through AutoCAD and Solidworks with no issues, I use a 5900XT and a 3090 on my main workstation at home and its perfect for all.
5 years might be too long, since the 4090 gives you about a 33% improvement and the 4080 gives you about 22%, maybe 2 years? Processor wise you are good I think, video card, for 4K you can't beat a 4090, but lets see what AMD comes out with but NVIDIA is optimized for AutoCAD and Solidworks because of CUDA.
They are nice headphones for $50, I would be using them on my PC exclusively because they sound so good, but I gave them to my son to use on the PS5 so I can record haha. My main headphones are the Corsair HS80, they are VERY nice but more expensive and they are wireless. Which ones are you using?
