These headphones sound sooooo good for the price. I’m an audio engineer/sound designer with studio and live sound listening to all aspects of audio. Own around 10 pairs of headphones and multiple monitor pairs. I’ve been lazy and using these headphones while producing and my mixes come out smooth clean and full effortlessly with these. Only issue I had with these - all my friends said mic volume was too low on discord. Bought $120 steel series arctis nova 5 headphones and tbh the cloud stinger II drivers SOUND BETTER.
First I had a HyperX Cloud Stinger, then the cloud Stinger 2 model. In both cases the volume control switch got broken resulting in one ear not working at all or during the volume adjusting process. Took it less than a year to break in both cases. I guess I'll try something else this time, probably within 100-140$ budget. Great headset in general, sounds good both for games and music, the mic is decent. But volume control quality was a disaster.😢

have you seen the new hex gaming ultra xbox Controller it looks amazing. if you do get it would you open it up and show the internals? It would be much appreciated
Jordan any suggestions on something comfortable that won't get hot for long study sessions. Basically only using them for voice video watching. Something that won't be touching ears with driver cause I have big ears. 👍 Thanks
Definitely the stinger 2 is the worst as the applicational features are not working as mentioned in lots of tests. Background noise is also very noticeable. sound stage is very narrow and it sounds like behind a barrier. I don't recommend HyperX.

sorry if you dont understand, i speak spanish, but i see videos talking about the cloud 3 and its not recomended, for the price the cable cant switch, and the lows are practically inexistents, for the price r better options

you have to use the 3.5mm splitter so u plug in both microphone jack and headphone jack
