I just came out amd accepted it to myself a few days ago that im trans, and this video really helped me understand what im going through. I thought that the dysphoria getting worse after i came out was me not being trans and not being valid and i felt so lost, thank you for clarifying this to me, it really does help a lot with feeling valid and such.
I'm so happy you made this video because especially the first two things you said about dysphoria really connected to me because I've been out for 3 years and when people that have called me she now call me he it's a little weird but it cause I got so used to being misgendered and when I came out my dysphoria definitely increased
Omfg I needed this video so much thank you. I’m 17 and only recently admitted to myself that I am trans and was feeling like all of the sudden I had more dysphoria which in turn was making me question my validity and it’s just a mess. But after watching your video I am so much more confident in my identity so once again thanks.
Hey Ryan (: I just wanted to say that I'm extremely fascinated by all this , I happened to go to school with you & I'd always see you around & on Rebel news & it's just so amazing to witness your transition
Hey, I"m taking a Psych class and am doing a presentation on Gender Dysphoria, and I was wondering if I could use your video in my presentation? I wont use it if I don't get a response from you, out of respect.
when u was talking about it's not about being trans enough I finally saw a light, I thought that if I was okay about this n that that I wasn't a "real trans" and that I was just lying to myself that I was transgender thanks to you! I now know these feelings are common TvT btw high five I go by Ryan too! :D
hey there Ryan and the one that's following you on Twitter and I just wanted to ask you how can you tell if someone is trans or non-binary because there is some parts of my body that I would like to change I have a couple people in my family that are transgender and I always want to know where non feminine clothes I've always wanted masculine clothes all the time
Hi Ryan. I really, really love your intro and I was wondering how you made it? Did you use a software? If so which one? Thanks I really appreciate it. :)
Hi Ryan. I just wondering, how do know when you're passing? Like, do people just ask if you are a boy or a girl.. and if they say "you're a boy" you're passing? I just do get it. (Sorry my english)
+Isabell Fjellstad Hello, I would say that a safe way to know you've just passed is that while interacting with people you don't know, they automatically refer to you with male pronouns without you asking them to.
+Isabell Fjellstad hi. I found u again. You didnt respont to my last comment i saw u needed someone to talk to on kik and i am here. so add me on kik: chrisyandreu
If I had Gender Dysphoria and neither pronouns gave me comfort I would rather stay the Gender God assigned. I would rather go by what my DNA is always going to be.
No it isn't. The criteria is to not feel aligned to the gender you were assigned to at birth. Many trans men experience a decrease or even a stop to their dysphoria once they reach a level of comfortability in their transition. This doesn't make them less trans.
I really needed to hear this, thank you. I am feeling really dsyphoric at the moment so really thank you.
When I get my period I get really bad gender dysphoria. :/
Same
Try going on the pill- it really helps with lowering dysphoria.
Levi Lacey well I intend on starting testosterone soon and I don't know how the different hormones will react together.

nice job dude, great video to help others struggling 💪💪 xx
Thank you for making a video about this Ryan! My dysphoria has shifted from my voice to my cheekbones and stomach structure since starting hormones.

Not everyone experiences dysphoria. It doesn't make you more trans or less trans if you don't experience any.
As a tru scum myself, let's agree to disagree.
+hadensdimension I forgot to mention that I'm trans ftm and experience little to no dysphoria, but it doesn't make me less trans.
+Levi Lacey debateable
+Levi Lacey That's like the sole criteria for being trans, dysphoria.
