    Hey Ryan! You don't know me and I don't know you. But I go to your old highschool. And when I told my friends about being FtM they all lit up because of you. Everyone I talk to is so proud of who you are and what you've become. Just wanted you to know that A.B. has your back!

    I've always been an LGBTQ supporter, but I've learned so much from this video. And what an amazing way to fight ignorance with not hate, but knowledge. The way he approached this was not only mature and knowledgeable, but loving. 💗

    Friendly reminder that trans people are real people, they are not "fake" men and women, they're 100% true men and women and no amount of whining will change that. Much love to you all :)

      Ryan Jacobs Flores I've already knew all of this, I personally was born a female and I indemnify as one even though I am not the most girly girl! But I have FtM friend and before he came up I was talking to him as with a girl, but one day he came and told me: "know what? I am a boy" and I just said: "ok, if that is the way you feel I have no problem with that"

    I was born intersex. my genetics said I'm male, but I present as ... both kinda. So anyone who says there are only two are full of themselves.

    • @NeuroArrow
      @NeuroArrow 8 років тому +8

      wait but intersex means that youre born with both male and female anatomy? If your sense of self is both male and female you might be bigender or androgyne or genderfliud but your anatomy is still "male"

    • @alexnielsen997
      @alexnielsen997 8 років тому +5

      Alex Andrews hope its alright, im just curious. But how Can your genetics say youre male and youre still intersex? Doesnt being intersex mean that youre genetics cant be lable as either male or female?

    • @faeoori
      @faeoori 8 років тому +4

      Kaelan Richardson my anatomy is not male, hon. Mostly not anyhow. Despite my genetics being purely male.

    • @faeoori
      @faeoori 8 років тому +7

      Noah Christiansen Not always. I'm Xy, but was born with. .. effectively nonfunctional male bits. My testes are internal and I developed small breasts at puberty. I have a penis, but it doesn't work >.>
      I consider myself male. I'd have my chest surgery if I could afford that. so I guess I'm sort of trans. .. but because I'm intersex.

    Great video! The people that you were talking about having different chromosomes and genitalia are called "intersex" and people like you and me are called "dyadic". I didn't know about that gene and I've watched tons of videos about biological sex! You are 100% real and valid man (a very handsome one also). And I think tolerance is not good because we only tolerate things we dislike. The LGBTQIA+ community deserves respect and maybe acceptance and support, but respect is mandatory for every single human being. Btw I love your eyebrows

    Sometimes, I feel so hopeless or sad because every day of my life I feel like there is such a disconnect from my mind and my body.
    I remain to identify as a man, but I know in my heart and soul that I am truly a woman inside. But because of the fact that I was born so tall, large, and husky and suffered A LOT of bullying because of my weight and for being "gay" because of how feminine I acted, I grew up wanting nothing more than to just finally feel like I'm not such an outcast. I just know in my head that I would never be truly content with my body if I started to transition I would never feel like I'm passable enough because of how masculine my natural features are.
    I've always felt alone until I started continuously watching videos of other people that are transgender as well, and it honestly helps me get through the day that at least there are people that feel the exact same way I do but have enough courage to break free and be who they want to be.
    I don't expect you to have read this or anything, but thank you so much for taking the time to make UA-cam videos, I look forward to your new videos ever since I found out about your channel and I always fangirl when I watch you because you're literally so handsome and I wish I was a pretty girl and be like hitting up your DM's because you're the cutest guy ever but in reality just a fatty in the corner like... "omg he's the cute boy standing in the hall that ive crushed on all 4 years of highschool and even though I'm an elephant he cant see me and thank god he can't hear my mind right now because then he'd know that I'm like awkwardly watching him from far away.. OH GOD what if he secretly is pretending that he can't read minds but in reality he can actually read minds but he's part of a secret society that forbids him to make it obvious."
    OKAY I DONT EVEN NEED TO BE A BOY OR GIRL TO KNOW THAT IM SUCH A NERD HAHAHA IM SORRY IDEK WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS COMMENT ANYMORE. okay I feel like I'm talking to myself. bye. wait i dont even need to say bye in a comment.. UGH okay i'll stop now. 😭

    I love you backing up your statements with textual facts. It just backs up something I've been saying for years.
    "A persons gender/Gender Identity is not based on what they have in their pants or under their dress/skirt or biology or genetics. A man is a man no matter what as is a woman. People must learn respect, tolerance and acceptance of others. I'm a cis man and feel those who are transmen are no less a man than I am and that trans women are no less women than my cis gendered sisters."
    I too have a background in psychology and human sexuality. This video re-enforces everything I was taught in college.
    Stay awesome and hope everything is going well for you.
    p.s. I just noticed you're at almost 65,000 subs. So cool. :)

    Very informative video sir. You have material to backup your argument, and you're teaching people new things, not bashing people who can't handle anyone being remotely different from what society has constructed human beings: a label. I support your journey fully! Stay you, sir! ❤️

    It's hard to find role models @ 18 years of age, but you are now one of mine ❤ And to think I would've never had the chance to know who you are if I didn't keep scrolling down on my UA-cam feed..

    I honestly don’t have a problem with people being who they want to be if they wanna change let them change! don’t force someone to be something they don’t wanna be, let them be who they want to be so they can be happy❤️ Ryan keep doing what your doing and don’t let the negativity ever get to you. You have my respect ✊🏽 and I’m a new subscriber ❤️

    Hello Ryan!I'm really glad I've clicked on your video. I'm still learning and I do support the LGBTQ community. Your video taught me about gender vs. sex. I took human sexuality in a community college but we didn't really go over on what you taught us in your vid. It brought me more clarity regarding the transgender community and being respectful towards all. I want to be kind to all and not say anything that might offend you or others since I will not fully understand how it's like to be transgendered. Thank you for your informative videos! Good luck on your studies and I wish you lots of wonderful days! :]

    I'm definitely not one of those people that thought "You will never be a real man" or that being transgender is weird or unnatural. BUT I really appreciated the little lesson. I just love learning about people. Not just human beings but also animals and nature and just life in general. Life is a beautiful interesting thing and this planet is filled with beautiful interesting things! So I think it's a shame that people are so close-minded as to think "this is like this. this is like that. this has to be like this and this has to be like that. point blank period. And that's it." - There's so much to learn and so much that we don't know so I think it's a shame that some people don't want (or even try) to know. Anyway, I think that you're a cool dude! Keep it up! Some people are just so stuck in their own little world... it's a shame but oh well! Just keep doing you!

    Normally, I don't write comments under videos, but this time I really had to get it out there. It was a really, really mature way that you decided to address the problem. I like the fact that you being transgender and communicating it to the world doesn't mean putting out there rant videos, but actually educating people in a really well-mannered and patient way. It is true, not everyone needs to be familiar with being transgender and the concept of genders/sex, but you doing it in such a mature way really impressed me. Keep up the good work!
