These films and quotes never get old. The first Crocodile Dundee was the last movie my ancient Mother ever watched. She had been ill but was still full of spunk and I thought she'd get all the humor and growing romance. "That's.... not Mick?" when I was little and watched this I always thought Mick was a magician because he somehow changed into the bad guy's clothes after getting shot. It never occured to me they switched before and that sue shot him thinking he was the captor
No matter how many memorable quotes Dundee ever uttered, or will ever utter, the "that's not a knife... this is a knife" will always be at the top of the list.

When he jumped onto the Giant Crocodile, plunged his "KNIFE" through its brain........and the girl asks, "is he dead Mick"? ....and he replies...."Well if it isn't, I'm going to have a Hell of a Job skinnin' the Bastard"

Brilliant speech that. These films, too. Also, I like his accent: it’s an old school Australian accent. You don’t really get them like that anymore.
