Thank you for posting this exercises, I'm a man 54 but I had lost a lot of weight about 3 years ago. I was trying too lose the weight. I lost 125 Lbs. People were happy for me as I used to be 320 Lbs. 6 feet tall. But a few people said I looked deflated in the face and neck line (Made me look older). Which looking at my pictures I really did. Im starting your work outs for the face. I can feel the muscles at work. I will let you know how much so after I do them for a while. Im hopeful, Thanks Again.

Hi Vanity, yes, this exercise does cause the jawline to really work out. You are feeling the lactic acid burn, which is good because it means the muscle is working and will grow. I am finally commenting because I just recently figured out how to subscribe after 3.5 years of watching your videos every few months. I watched your January 2018 video last night. Your facial structure now compared to 3.5 years ago is so much younger now even though there were noticeable improvements in 2014 after nearly 2 years of facial exercises.
It is great to see how remarkably much younger you look year after year. And it is very easy to have the signs of an "older face --
the dreaded droopiness" after 50. After a few months of hardly doing my facial exercises, my face does start to look droopy and older. Thank goodness, I discovered in 2014 that I could prevent the dreaded over 50 look with facial exercises. My eyelids and cheeks were starting to droop at 48.
My profile photo was taken immediately after I turned 50 in January 2016. Now at 52, it is definitely much tougher to look like I did at 50. It is scary how rapidly we do age after 50 and we really have to work at it as you have suggested. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Hi Daniea, if you did a full face routine you would have more success with the exercises. Here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start

Really like your exercises. I looked into facial exercise a few years back and felt many were worthless (except a couple I still do irregularly). Yours are easy and I can really feel them. Will try to work up to 50 and maintain daily work... That's the hard part. But I see a big difference in your face. You look great. I'm close in age and know exactly what you were talking about when you tell the mirror and weight loss story😣 I'm going to try it your way before visiting the dermatologist.
Carrie Golden Hi Carrie, I really hope that you try the exercises first, because, once you do them regularly, you will start to see the difference. It doesnt happen overnight, but by being consistent is what makes the changes. The changes can happen at anytime, everyone is different. It took me about 3 months to see something, and about 6 mths before I could really see a difference. Then I changed to Freelee the Banana Girl's way of eating, and it really started then, but that was only about 12-18 months after I had started face exercises. There are so many factors involved, but if you start, and keep at it, you won't need the dermatologist! I hope that helps!!!

Ooh this one's really good. My only issue with my face is that it's kinda thin and I'm starting to get some laugh lines. I build muscle super fast, though. Even doing your exercises for a week, I've seen some improvement. I'm so excited. I think this one could be categorized as helping the nasolabial folds as well as the cheeks. Great exercise!

There are a few things for anti-aging treatment naturally
consume a good selection of fruits, whole grains, and vegetables
Exercise instead of watching TV
Make use of Sunscreen.
Reduce stress.
(I learned these and the reasons they work on Nendra face plan website )

thanks for answering me so soon. I almost 63. in oct, 2012 i was diagnoses with colon cancerl the chemo which was different every six months made my skin so dry and my eye lids were sagging more than usually and started to wrinkle horizontal. I have always been a vain person about my looks. i have gained about 60 lbs since 2006 due to medication i had to start taking. 2 months ago my cancer when into remission again from my lung, which is where the colon cancer moved. I had 3 periods of 6 months twice a month of treatments.The chemo played havoc on all parts of mt body especially my skin..i have fought the battle 3 times, so I am grateful to God who has made me strong and well again for awhile. During this time i am dieting and have lose 35. I bought your toner and really love the results from your exercises, I have been doing them about one month and I am so pleased with the results.Would the light laser help speed up my progress, because I think you are beauitful and a determined lady like me.......i want to look my best as long as I have on this earth, it maybe 3 months or 20 years, BUT I WANT TO LOOK YOUNGER. I tried this one and it feels really good. But I struggle with the upper/lower lip part, when I look into the mirror, my lips don't move like that. Any suggestions?
Esther Fleer Thanks so much for your lovely words Esther! Just try to squeeze your upper lip over your teeth and your lower lip over your lower teeth first, then try the rest of the exercise. Sometimes if you break it down it is easier to co-ordinate it! Hope that helps!

How many years have you been practicing facial exercises? You look great. Love your videos! Have you ever heard of putting finger inside of mouth - pulling at the sides- while trying to squeeze lips together? For the jaw - lines on chin - due to pursing lips together when you smoke? Thank you :)

This seems to be a bit better/easier than the other jowl exercise, Peta. Super feel it in my jaw hinge. But I over exercised it yesterday, I think. But I prefer this one. Thanks so much.
xrisku Hi Xrisku, thank you for letting me know. There is a tenancy to over work the exercises, because we think it will happen faster, but, slow and strong is better!
How often do you need to do these excersises if you want a result?

Linda Albrado Hi Linda, I am not a specialist when it comes to TMJ, but, I have found many people email me and tell me since they have been doing the exercises it has sorted out that problem mainly for them. All I can say, is give it a go, and if it makes it worse stop, but, it could make it better. As I say, I am not a DR and cannot advise you on this matter. But this is the feed back I have received from others.
Also I noticed after doing your videos for about 6 or 7 months I am able to move my muscle in my face on a certain area

So far, I 'm making serie 4 so, my question for you is ...when can I make this specific exercise? Because you said that we can not make another different exercise if we are making series with you. Otherwise we are forcing the muscle and will be more sagging. I hope you read and answer me please! Thanks for your time!
it may be in future series. but please dont add it to any series.
