    I look in the mirror and see a 55 year old with saggy skin, jowls, turkey neck frown lines and hollow cheeks! the whole age enchilada! Today, I have started your series 1 exercise regime and am looking forward to seeing a dramatic change over the coming months, Will keep you posted!

    OMG! I'm so happy I found your channel. I'm new to this facial exercise thing, but watching you turn back the clock on your face and get better and better with age...I'm in. I just started and I've see results on my neck already. Although I couldn't open my mouth the next day due to muscle pain, it was so worth it.     I looked at the picture of when you were 47 and that is a dramatic change to how you look right now specially around your chin and your cheeks your chin change the lot also your chin used to be smaller I didn’t know you can change the shape of the chin how did you do that I would like to change my chin love your videos thank you so much Your new subscriber❤️❤️❤️

    Great video Peta! The additional updated information you have given on this exercise is so helpful. I didn't realise the 'lift' comes from further back in the face. The tendency is to think the drooping jowls are from around the jaw. Also loved, loved, loved seeing the little lambs and adorable alpaca (who is their guardian - isn't nature wonderful!) running around and you getting excited at being among them (so so lucky!). Love being 'down on the farm' with you. Thanks for all the work you do Peta at keeping us looking our best. J xxxx

    Unfortunately for me this particular excise made my face thinner...after 2 days of doing this on & off I looked in the mirror & was very upset!! I stuck to another excise that I found wher u roll lips around teeth.. stick out chin & smile forcefully & that has stated to fill out my face. I do 3 2 minutes of this excise a day. As I read the comments down below I found another lady who said that the excise shown here has also made her face look thinner. Maybe I just wasn't doing it right but I couldn't take the chance..

    Thanks very much for your videos! They give me hope. Is there a video where you go through a routine of facerobics with only instructions in between? So it would be a full face workout, describing each exercise, going straight from one exercise to the next? I want to do these exercises regularly, but finding the actual exercise on each video takes too much time.

    Hi Peta, would you mind clarifying instructions for me please. So when I squeeze maseter muscle in both sides then I 'push out'. What a I pushing out ? Is this a lower jaw forward and backward?

    Hello. I have been doing face exercises for years and I like yours very much.
    Can you come up with a series that can be done while driving in the car. Of course they won't replace the ones you have but I would like something to do while driving . Thank you.

      hi sweet, its hard to do them in the car because with my program you need to use full concentration and I would not recommend it

    TMJ loosens bc of the malocclusion that’s happening on your teeth. when you have an extracted mandibular first molar , and your dentist did not replace it with a crown or fixed prosthesis, the second molar will find its way to have a proximal contact area, so what will happen is that there will be mesial drifting, and the tooth above the extracted first molar will supra erupt bc of no contact area below. that’s the most common reason why the TMJ’s are clicking. visit your dentist with a specialty of prosthodontics if you have problems with your tmj

    Peta my dear, you are a goddess! I'm a 55 year old grandmother who for medical reasons was told to lose 50 pounds to have a knee surgery. I have lost 70 pounds so far! negative point about it is it all the sudden I have saggy skin. whenever I see pictures of myself and my beautiful grandchildren I be so happy to see this weight that I had lost but my turkey neck made me not want to take any pictures at all where is out of surgery was daunting to me directions to Salida then I wouldn't take any pictures with me in it any longer. I have not been using the exercises for very long but it makes me feel good if there has been results and that you and you alone have given me an option other than surgery. I don't necessarily think of myself as a vain woman, I wear very little makeup, maybe a bit of gloss, but I just can't look at pictures of me. As I said, in only 55, so thank you so much for what you do!

    i have tmj... and that exercise really felt good... I wasn't sure re: what you said about the fingers... was it to stretch your lip area ? Also, how many times should i do that?

      Hi Jo, no, you cannot include any exercises into any series, they need to be done as is otherwise you will most definitely be over exercising the upper lip and cause more wrinkles and possibly permanent damage

    Hi Peta, the videos are very clear prepared, thank you for the detailed explanations and surely you're looking very nice! I am starting the series 1 and have two questions: I do every day Tanaka face massage, can it be done after (or before) face exercises? And since I have very tiny face, will the face exercises make my face more tiny, with more volume or they don't affect the structure? Definitely I don't want tinier face ...

      Hi Dima, glad you have started the exercises. Either way you can do the massage. Only if you use oil, you will need to remove it before starting the routine as you need to isolate the muscles with your fingers and they may slip. The exercises will tone your face as the muscles will adapt to the natural shape of your face. No they wont affect the structure of the face.

    the cheek plumper is working more on one side than the other. I have been very careful to try to do this very evenly, but it persists what can I do to fix this uneveness?

    Would you recommend using Vasaline on the skin to tighten? What natural remedy would you suggest?

    could you do a video that is strictly facial exercise from start to end, similar to regular exercise videos. I like your videos, but your exercise along with me is more informational than actually exercise along with me.

      I already have them, I have created 4 series. These types of videos with just one exercise is me teaching you the exercise to be used in the series. You need to go to the play lists and find all the beginner lists and start from there to find all the info you need and learn to practice the program correctly.

    Hi Pete,
    I have just started your series of exercises starting at series one level one. My massater muscle is quite bulky already. I have a large jaw line that I would actually like to slim down, not build up in any way. It is my cheeks that need more building. Do you still recommend this exercise or would it end up building that muscle more? Thank you for your generous contributions!

    Hi Peta, I'm having a bit of trouble with this one. I can't seem to understand HOW to squeeze my masseter muscles. I feel it in my lower jaw, but I can't figure out how to isolate the masseter muscle in the top of my cheek. Any tips?? I really need this exercise

      Hi Jamie, when you press your fists up against the masseter muscles, and you jut your jaw outwards, the masseter automatically flexes. But you can get more resistance if you slowly jut your jaw outwards in a slow, strong motion. Give it a go, and let me know how you go 🙂

      over time you will feel and see the changes your face is making. you need to take photos every time you change routines to see the changes

    Why do my face become more slimmer when I perform these exercises and hollow under the eyes become more prominent. I already have a slim face so do not want to loose face fat. Could u suggest what kind of exercises should I perform for lifting face but keeping the face plump n fat at the same time.

      Hi Siny, yes it will. Here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

    I am starting all over again after finishing the new series level 4.
    I went back straight to the Series 1 level 1 Exercise along with me. i' ve have finished the 3 series and levels before a few times, this time in the Series 1 level 1 there are 6 exercises ( nose included) which i i think wasn' t there?
    but now watching " exercises used in level 1" are back to 5 exercises and not nose.
    i am a bit confused.

    Hello Ms. Peta.
    Would it be ok to do the facial exercise series 1, level 1 while I'm having facial acupuncture twice a week?
    Also, for this cheek plumper exercise in series 1, lvl 1, do I stick out my LOWER jaw so that my lower teeth are protruding over upper teeth?

    hi PETA, I have have just subscribed to your channel and started the level 1 basic routine but am getting severe headaches. could I do less than 50 repetitions to start with, will this help.

      you can do a full face routine up to 6 days a week if you wish

    Hi Peta. I want to this exercise but I am afraid of enlarging my masseter muscle and getting my face enlarge. Because while I make this exercise I squeeze my masseter muscle. I hope you can answer me. Thanks.

      Hey Esra, first I must ask, are you following the full face routine that this exercise is part of? If not, you need to do the full routine otherwise you will cause more problems for your face. When you do this exercise, just do it gently and with little muscle effort. You will not enlarge your masseter that way. Let me know how you go.

    Thank you for this update Peta. So is it that we pull back a little with our fists and lift the area around the corners of our mouth with our little fingers? Also in what directions do our lips move .. Down or sideways/horizontal?

      That is correct. Make sure not to bunch up the corners of the mouth otherwise you will create wrinkles there. lips move both ways, down and sideways.

      Thank you Peta! I do notice however that when i get the little fingers down to the corners of my mouth to isolate, the skin tends to bunch up between the little finger and the ring finger.. Hope that makes any sense.. but the skin in between the first three fingers and little fingers tends to bunch up... Is there a way to avoid that?

    actually i do not have..but my skin has tightened visibly....no wrinkles are seen...actually i get compliments that i am around 36 or so..where in actually i am 43...😘
