I’ve always did this instead of the o shape because i felt it more in my cheeks & i got really tired from the o shaped one! Phew I wasn’t wrong!

Thank you for this video and face exercise program as a whole. I love it! One question I have is that my face is heart shaped but on the narrow side. I think I have noticed a narrowing of my face when I have done this exercise and the other cheek plumper exercise which is not something I want. I want to keep my cheeks full and more rounded. So I do only one set (50 reps) and only one of the cheek plumper exercises at a time. Do you have other advice?

So, do you recommend doing this without the "oh" shaped mouth if we are able to do the exercise this way?

Hi Carmen, I do have one which is Series 1, Level 1. This is designed to show you how to follow the program and how to assemble the exercises into the routines. Hi Peta, this is so awesome, thank you, what do you think about splitting this exercise to work all muscles out, one day with o shaped mouth and the next day only the cheek muscles? I mean alternate the exercises? 🙏💞
Hi Sonja, you need to follow the exercise routines and method as I advise. If you do what you are suggesting you will not get anywhere with changes on your face. Just follow what I say and you will get results.

How strange that you never give any advice on how many repetitions one ought to do and how many times. Even when people clearly ask you, you give an unrelated response
This is because in the beginning of most of my videos I tell everyone that the exercise belongs to a certain series, and have all the links to the series that they need to do. As I said to Illy, you cannot just do one exercise it is part of a series that you need to do as a full face routine. So, If i say, do 50, everyone will be dong 50 reps of one exercise and not doing it correctly. People need to actually watch the video and listen to the directions I give to show them where to find the full face routines and which routine the exercise belongs to.
Peta, I'm unsure how you are doing this? Can you spell it out it a bit more? You seem to be smiling while doing it, maybe jutting your upper teeth forward a bit and doing something with your neck?
will this work if i'm already young and have always naturally had hollow cheeks? they're just not very forward grown, and my jaw sticks out further than my cheekbones on my side profile, so i want my cheekbones to grow forward in line with my jaw
This is definitely the hardest exercise so far for me.
Do you place and hold the middle finger in place? Or do you just lightly place?
(I am wondering how much pressure I should use on the middle finger)
Just enough pressure that is comfortable and will hold back the muscles gently

I would say firm but where its comfortable and able to hold back the wrinkles safely without stretching the skin

Hi Teresa, there is not just one exercise for any area of the face when exercising. You need to follow the whole program otherwise you can cause more wrinkling in that area.
I liked your longer hair look better. I've always thought that short hair on older women just makes us look, well, older. But love your videos. : )

Your mouth doesn't look like an O and where are you lifting?...thank u..
You place your mouth in an o shape but it doesnt end up that way because the muscles connected to the sides of the lips are pulling them up

The problem i got is that i only feel one side moving. I definitely have a stronger side.
