Adam, thank you for demonstrating this to everyone, I had the same issue with it, note going sharp when Dtuna was completely In, meaning the screw was sticking out which is not the way to do it. The right way is as you have shown. Thanks again!
Hi Adam, interesting things I watch here. However (due to distant and long shipments..) I regret that I don't live closer. But who knows if I won't be in the USA soon... ha ha (meanwhile... greetings from PoLanD..) I'm still happy with the big block brass from Fu-Tone. modernizing with the sound of the guitar, I put on - according to your advice - two red springs. I do all the upgrades myself, watching the "masters". I'm learning through it.. the sound of the guitar improves, and that makes me happy.. Thank you. Now I set up a new setup again and it's the best ever!!! Recently, I also shielded all chambers in the guitar with copper foil myself. I'll send you some photos. :-)
Hi Adam, I installed this on my Floyd, I turned the fine tuning screw that little dinky thing too far and it came out. Now it won't screw back in so I can't tune it up to E when it's pushed back in. Any tips on that! Thanks in advanced!
Hey, Adam many thanks for the quality of your content and for you dedication. I have a RG440 that i love but i was afraid about the edge. No longer :-) can you advise what do you think are nice upgrade to perform ? it's an edge. Keep on
My problem is the E string doesn’t get anywhere near E when I push it all the way in. The fine tuner can’t get it there, and trying makes it so tight the whole thing locks down. Only thing I can think of is the spring is shot. But this is the case on all my guitars I rebuilt with your stuff except one. Oddly, that one floats and I have the others (EBMM VH, Peavey Wolfgang, EVH USA sig, a couple Jacksons, Maria knows me as bee Cave joe) blocked. As it is now I have them all tuned to standard as the d tuna is useless, and then I just tune it to D the old fashioned way since I can’t do it on the fly.
Hey Joe - It will not tune because you are floating. You have to be blocked. Try that and let me know if you need further help. You can email me direct at adam@fu-tone.com

I have an issue with one of my D-Tuna's on my EVH USA, I run out of room on the fine adjuster to get back to E, I cannot back out that fine tuner Allen set screw anymore to get me back to E it's sharp by a little, The D is in tune when pulled out? I have replaced it with other D-Tuna's also. Thoughts?
