Toyota Highlander with Start/Stop (2001 - 2021) - New Battery Install

Although this video may provide you with the basic procedures for a 2001-2021 Toyota Highlander, we recommend that you check with the vehicle manufacture's step by step instructions found in service/repair manuals for the vehicle you are working on because some year/model procedures may be different than the vehicle in this video.
The battery in this video is a Group size 24F. This battery is AGM and perfectly suited for the start/stop system in this 2017 Highlander. Even if your vehicle did not come with an AGM battery, you can upgrade to an AGM battery for up to 2x the life. AGM can be found at most retail outlets. Hi, in the description it says the vehicle is a 2017 and the video was posted a month ago. So did that particular old battery last 4 years before you changed it? I am deciding whether to stick with the original or go with a duralast platinum plus battery like the one you replaced in the video. Thanks in advance.

I tried every battery autozone had years ago when my wife 2017 toyota highlander battey died,Toyota representative told me they wouldn't work and he was right I didn't listen because I though he was trying to sell me a 500 battery,but the toyota battery was the only one that worked the others only lasted a month.
