@@neil37068 if you replace door and same issue and if you replace door switches same issue. It's going to be computer board . If you want to verify 100% tap on the relays sometimes if lucky you can unstuck it with a screw driver softly
Not saying my issue isn't for the same reason, but leaving the clock unnprogrammed fixed mine. It started within a year of purchase, just randomly came on whenever. Unplug microwave, plug back in, and leave the clock blank (mine shows : only).

Thanks. I noticed small burned/dark color next to switch that is at the top. Do you think because of that it might be turning on microwave as soon as I close the door? Switch clicks fine (SZM-VI6- FD-63) Also what do you call connector and wire that goes into that top switch? I was thinking maybe try cutting it and swap it out and see if it works?

DE96-00414A whole door switch . For samsung . Keep in mind its recommended to replace all 3 . If you want individual you can search it with your model number and get the one you exactly need .

Check the door hook if there is tension on it. If that check good it can be a possibility your door switches are weak

In that case it can be a stuck relay on control board and by disconnecting you de energized the board. Sometimes by unplugging it you get lucky
