Clint, I’m sorry I didn’t reply sooner, I just saw this comment. I’m new at this stuff. I have the whole series from taking it down every step of the way and re-installing the doors and hardware. I just don’t know how to edit and upload videos very well. How many were you able to view? And did you get to repair your own door?
Great job but don't bond the aluminium to the plywood. They expand and contract differently. Better to seal the edges with silicone on the edges to water proof and help prevent water intrusion
Im building a new box trailer and will be making a new door. Your break down was a big help. I need to find new h shaped aluminum frame. Was your wood in the door one inch thick?
Mr. Petersen, I am glad to hear it was helpful. I need to ask, did it show the entire process from start to finish? I tried filming the entire process, step by step and it took about 8 hours and I was filming myself, so I had 50 clips of short videos. I tried to edit them into one video but am not sure if the entire start to finish was posted or if it was only one of the first clips. If you could give me feedback on that. I will know if I need to edit it or alter the posts by others more smart than I. Thanks JD
Great video
Thanks Armando, did it help you get your repaired?

It looks like it was full. Watch it till you reinstalled the door. Was the wood in the door 1 inch thick?
@@verdeanpetersen8350 oh, sorry I missed that answer. I used 3/4” BC grade plywood.
