I usually lurk fitness videos but I have to comment on this one. Juji, with Rick in your videos your already awesome content has gone to the next level. This stuff is comedy gold and I love it! The trio of you guys have great chemistry. Please have him on your channel more often

Normally, I really enjoy Juji's videos. The last few with Rick I haven't. I am not a fan of the overconfident, cocky attitude he brings to the videos. If he is doing it for the comedy then it probably just doesn't resonate with me, unfortunately. I would much rather see them all just chill out, goof around a little, and enjoy lifting.
GENERALTIM21 this is what eric teaches to his audience. Everything is a mindset. If you dont believe you are a winner you may never be. Be happy by what you achieve even if it is a small pr and never accept defeat by something you should be able to do! This mentality has helped me with my lifting and life in general at least. But yeah everyone likes different things and its OK (pun intended)
I like that mindset and it is something I follow in my life as well. I just dislike the comedic style he presented and wanted to give some constructive feedback :)

Eric is just holding back his annoyance, and Juji seems so have a lot more radiance and energy now. These old videos were still funny, but they some times have an awkward energy that is just gone now, and that's great.

Eric BuganHagen is a great addition to this channel, good personality for it! I would try to do more videos with him or create like a series that incorporate him, like the way you do grip guantlet.

Recent graduate of Mr. Bugez's PVC Pipe Cues Coaching Competency course here. 9/10 would recommend for all trainers stuck in the dark ages still using their words and hands for coaching.
Eric may come off as an airhead but he is a actually a periodization mastermind
Jokes aside, I don't really think he does at all. To me, a lot of what he does on camera is just his sense of humor, and his way of entertaining people, and there is a great deal of self awareness behind it.
