I was a little depressed about this channel after coming back to gym and sports after a lengthy lockdown. I was excited to get into some of my fave youtube channels again and just came across a lot of drama at first BUT the power of the BUGEZ brought me back. Keep up the great work, guys and gals.

When i started training i was 17 and had no equipment or money to go to a gym, i used to do just calisthenics and use rocks on my backyard for pressing and curls, just using nature and gravity, ooga booga gang
