There is no shortcut with authentic afgs food. This is the difference between other dishes. Moderate seasoning, very organic/homemade seasoning and the slow process. These r the errors the ppl r making wen trying to replicate afg food. Kabuli paolow is not a fast process lik biryani.
Friend, afghan kabuli pilau is probably my top two favourite dishes of all time. But as a South East Asian wanted to inform you if anyone's been making Biryani quickly they're doing it wrong, or at least inauthentically, it takes about 3-4 hours and a lot of careful cooking
Put less oil more onions garlic more meat your theory is right but in practice it’s slightly different than Qabili But nice try you’ll only get better I subscribed your channel and wish you further success.
This is not the worlds best kabuli pilau recipe. There is no colour to the rice and the carrots and raisins need to be cooked separately before adding to the rice for steam.
You are right to cooke the raisins and carrots separately, but also you'll have to add sugar for that one, which is personally I don'tlike. But they also make Afghani kabuli pulao simple like the way I made. I'm from the same area and I know how to make Afghani kabuli pulao. Check the full video on Burki's kitchen, and also, I will make it the way you said Thank you for your advice and for watching my video ❤
You are right, this is actually Uzbaki palaw, which we make just as often as the traditional qabuli palaw. Qabuli palaw is prepared differently. ua-cam.com/video/GOJ53nSit-k/v-deo.htmlsi=C88ohqqLy5-WPW55
Nice kabuli polaw

@Soprano1638 I totally agree, tats y most ppl don't make it good, too many shortcuts. it also takes me forever to make good biryani
however it is still easier than kabuli palow, there's an hr or two difference
@@ln393 so true, I have never had a good Biryani in a restaurant before (UK). Kabuli pilau however 😋
