I will eventually buy one. I don’t need it right now. I won’t buy the keyboard as I use my iPad and MBP for different tasks. I will buy the pencil and a case.
Wild the Pro is lighter than the Air. They lost the plot. Pro still looks dope though.
I’m down to about 4 hours of battery life on my 5th generation iPad Pro.😊

Battery life gains are huge I’m surprised they didn’t say anything about it
it is supposed to be the same as the previous iPad Pro.
I still don’t understand how they market this as an tool for designers, artist, and creatives when you can’t adjust your colour or the contrast of your screen. Nor is there an equalizer, unless you’re in the iTunes app and then it only works in that app. Those are basics that even the lowest cost windows device has had for ever.

Good video. For me it's not a question of this versus MacBook but Pro vs Air. The 13-inch Air is $500 less with M2 power, which could be good enough for many. But you don't get OLED
Having tested them both extensively because I couldn’t decide which one to go with, I can tell you that the screen is not that big a deal. Other than it getting brighter if you are working outside. The dealbreaker comes in 2 less speakers and the lower refresh rate on the Air if you are using it to read. Otherwise, and this is a big shocker the data transfer video uploads to UA-cam. I tested and battery life are almost identical.

Mini-LED is an eyesore to me and I'm glad we've seen the last of it. The blooming is just too much, you witness it the moment you boot up a MacBook Pro or the older iPad Pros. Can't wait to head to a store tomorrow to check out the new Pros in person 😊
I saw it today and it is incredible. All future iPhones and laptops should have OLED. And the texture screen is dynamite!
That screen is the same as high end Oled Tv maybe even better worth it just for that.

Skip it, for nearly $1,000 you get only 8GB RAM and if you know 16GB is recommended but almost double the starting cost. At this price point you mind as well go for a MacBook.
I traded in my ipad pro M1. Pure consumption for me and I needed the OLED. Totally worth it for my use case.
No reason to rush into this decision. If you think you are ready for an update you are in luck, however. Good choices in Apple tablets this year. I am sorry, however, that Apple is creating a divide in its lineup that favors those with lots of money to spend. OK, not everyone needs an OLED screen or the thinnest tablet. But, as far as under the hood provide products to everyone that can harness the future, not just the past. And let’s not have all those versions of the pencil. We should not have to buy another round of accessories just to update a device.
