Every video is a level up to your garden! The mulch looks great with the rock pathway. It’s been so wonderful to see Brent working with you in your videos! We know he’s there, but it’s great to see him joining in and being a part of your channel!

I watch so many garden videos, but I have to say you are becoming one of my very favorites. You are so practical and real as far as how much you can get done in the garden! You seem to think you are not as on top of things as you should be, but you garden says differently!

Hello Robbie and Brent. I felt the earth trembling and realized that you went shopping and came home without a new plant, and Brent was on video, twice! What a difference some mulch makes to a flowerbed, it looks amazing 🤩 I believe that is the same mulch we buy at Lowe’s here in Oklahoma that it’s called Happy Grow. A lot of people were complaining that they could not find it under happy grow in other states and a representative said that it was called differently in other states, I love it. Also, yes on the stepping stone in front of the water fountain 😊

Thank you for pointing out the difference in the mulch. My dog thinks the wood chunk is a treasure and eats them! So I needed to find a brand that is not dyed and smaller shreds so he hopefully isn’t interested!

I have this weeding tool, both in the long and short handle versions. I still use the regular weed (fork tip) for pulling up dandelion roots etc as well as other vining type roots. The right tools make all the difference! 😄🇨🇦

I have that same weeding tool, mine is at least 80 years old (yep, 80!) and mine is designed to rock back and forth when weeding - pulling the weeds in both directions. Works like magic. Beds look great - love the smaller pieces of mulch too.
Here in AZ that weeding tool that rocks is called a “hoola hoe”.
I misspoke - this a.m. I pulled out my garden tools, and the tool does not rock back and forth. Just a slight rock but I attribute that to its age. As I age, I 'rock' a little too 🤣🤣🤣

Every video there is something exciting. Fraya you are so cute, singing with the sirens. Love seeing Brent in the videos. So many toads. The mulch just does something to the garden, makes it feel complete. Although I would still plant in the empty spaces. Enjoy the rest of your day.

"Probably grab a plant or 2 because that's who I am as a person." 😂 Same tho, pretty much any time I go to a store that has plants one comes home with me, I've built up so much variety in my garden buying even just one quart size perrenial one my weekly grocery shopping over the last 3 years.

I know the mulch struggle, I bought 50 bags couldn't fit them all in one trip had to go back 1 hour trip one way. 3xs. But it's like the paint on a wall. Just makes it clean and plants shine.

Morning, I have a Hulu Hoe and find it works best if the ground is dry. The best part is you don't have to bend. Your walkways look great, I like the natural undyed mulch too. Have a lovely day.

Love the mulch, makes the beds look so good. I use the same mulch in my garden. The weeding tool is called a hula hoe, it makes weeding so much easier. Love your channel.

Beautiful transformation. I am not near ready for mulch and I am very bummed that my Loews/Home Depot does not carry the Garden Time Pathway Mulch. I cannot even order it online. I don't know why - maybe it is a regional thing? I am in Southeast Florida, zone 10A. Whatever the reason, I am not happy about it. Your gardens are looking beautiful, and the forsythia deserve to stay while they are a pretty green. Thank you for sharing as always.

I love that pathway mulch. Linda Vater in OK City buys it. My local Lowes doesn’t carry the “pathway” mulch…they just have the regular, chunky brown mulch. Makes a huge difference.

If you find it gets dull after a few seasons, use a dremel tool to crisp up the edges. Freya - awooo! 🐾🐾
We call that a hulu hoe. A diamond hoe also great for weeding. This pathway area is looking so nice, good work.
