- Instead of the usual chocolate crinkle, make this version with a filling of chocolate ganache or caramel sauce. Something new and different.
Chef's Notes: There is a correction in the recipe. 3/4 cup sugar is 150 grams NOT 350 grams. My apologies for the typo.

Chef Rose, I have been looking for a long time ago, a recipe for soft vanilla cookies WITHOUT butter, with vegitable oil. Could You suggest us a recipe. I will be very grateful.
I don't think you can make soft vanilla cookies with oil. Vegetable oil makes the cookies crisp and not soft.
