- I was relatively new in baking when this chocolate recipe came up. I have always loved the combination of chocolate and marshmallows so this creation for me is simply magical. This is so much fun to make.

If you want to be very precise, you need to reach 240F.

Chef Rose ,how about the 2 teaspoons vinegar ? When to add ? You mention the vinegar from the list of ingredients and it was written also in the last part of the video....or puede naman wala ? Thank you Chef..
You need the vinegar to activate the leavening agent so the cake will rise. Add it to the liquid ingredients.
I have small oven , is it okay for the second batch to wait until the first batch is cooked?
Mix only 1/2 recipe so it will fit your oven in one batch.

Because oil is used in the recipe. Oil solidifies in the refrigerator. Anyway, lalambot uli yan pag room temp na.
Hello chef, thank you for this recipe, question lang po will the hot sugar mixture cook the egg white while whipping so we could eat it as is ?
