I am with Brittney - I love a yoke! It takes a large amount of skill to do strongman without blowing up your joints :) Great tips - especially to carry in a high bar position.

Great video. My mantra with the yoke is to use your feet as a solid base; meaning short quick steps and not lifting one until the other is down. For those starting it helps with balance and you can progress faster once you get you foot movement right. Check out lifter Uncle Loz in comp on this, he was a rocket because of short steps.
