- So today we talk about a few of the trending topics; Euro 2024, Donald Trump, Thai Visas etc while we go about our day in rural Thailand.
We went to finally get some new tyres on the car, then went to one of our favourite cafés for lunch, lastly followed by a trip to the local market to pick up some snacks for the evening. A productive day for us!

I wouldn't cheap out on tyres, especially when I'm carrying my family in the car on not particularly good roads. Please stay safe.
Looked like it said Michelin. I think tyres in thailand might just be really affordable in thailand because they made there, I saw the other day my car's tyres had made in thailand and I'm nowhere near asia.

They're doing lots of roadworks in Isaan at the moment so it's definitely getting better! But the tyres were needed for sure 😅
Try for the visa with the 180 days it may just work out better for you all. I love the roti's. The tire shops are great value.

Love a good productive day 🙂 Regarding Trump that sure was a close call! Terrifying. Lots of questions indeed need answering. An ex secret service agent said they usually have a 3-4 mile security perimeter and every roof top is secured. So it's either gross incompetence or something more sinister.. I don't know which one is worse! I'm sure we'll get answers. Another lovely video from you all, food looks great!

you have your visa for camila already, so wait until its up for renewal, then decide as things will be clearer and settled by then or even new options again, but i would imagine to simply renew the visa type you have will probably be the easiest and best option, thanks for sharing i just got two part part worn ( i think they had been used on test tracks still good tread on them for £ 40 each) in carlisle england, cheers

it was 400 feet , approximately 150 yards lol...crazy to have missed his demise by an inch. Glad to hear the Sunny has newer shoes, it's the best investment you can do for your car, i'd say they were beyond tread wear bars lol. , that and frequent oil/filter changes. Looks like second hand tires Natt. Best just to get all 4 new matching tires when you can afford them. I am obsessed with car maintenance. Birthday cake 🤣

For once, something cheaper here in the states! Those strawberries are from down the road, and that box would be $1.50 here (I checked the supermarket), vs your 89 thb, ($2.50). TBH I was fully expecting it to be even cheaper in thailand due to us always getting the raw end of everything :-) Keep up the good work!
And that 89 baht was reduced from 179! 😅 Although saying that, during strawberry season you can get them from local markets for very cheap, but any other time of year they're imported hence the price 😅 But the kids love them! Thank you for watching 😊🙏

Always good to be safe with new tyres, especially more so with children in the car, retreads are too unsafe with those type of travels and roads or there.

DTV: you must have proof of employment & income or I would have gone for the DTV there is always a catch nothing is easy when it comes to Thailand.

I don’t know the requirements for the new 5 year visa but I think the marriage visa is pretty easy especially for us woman that don’t need to show any money 🙌 Sure it felt like it was a lot of documents applying the first time.. but when you’ve done it once you know what you need to bring and it goes pretty smooth ☺️

During the strawberry season you can usually pick them up from the markets pretty cheap, but any other time of year they're so expensive due to being imported 😅
