How much did your temps go up each day between 1-5 dpo in your pregnancy chart? Sorry such a specific question, I have a much slower rise this cycle than I’ve ever had but it’s continuing to go up 🤷🏼♀️ I’ll have to wait a couple more days to fully confirm ovulation but my temps are rising each day by .06 🙄

I’m scared to take a test but I do think I could be pregnant but at the same time every month I think every little symptom is a sign of pregnancy 😭 anywho I just started taking my bbt and it was 98.09. Is that normal? I don’t know if I ovulated as I stopped using the strips

No implantion dip on the chart

does cold temp gives a dip to bbt
Not sure what you mean. The temperature in your bedroom doesn’t really affect your bbt unless it’s extreme.
It sort of looks like you had an implantation dip!

This was helpful however I would’ve appreciated if you would’ve broke down each day and temperature instead of just showing the chart on your phone because it was really hard to see and understand
Everyone Temps are different. It doesn't matter what temp you start at as.long as you are seeing the dips and and rises where the markers would be for ovulation etc. You Temps should be a little lower after period starts and hefore ovualtion.. when your close to ovulation your temp should did from surge of estrogen that helps relessenthe egg. After egg release progesterone will make temp go back up so therefore u will have a dip in chart. By this time u should be doing LH strip tests in the after noon to confirm the ovulation with the temp dip. If no dip u may not be ovulating...even with a posstive lh ovation test doesn't mean u ovulated. The dip helps to know for sure. Then after ovulation your temp should go up due to the progesterone. At the end of your cycle your temp should stay up if pregnant or drop down again before period starts if not pregnant. However this is not exact and you can be pregnant without the temp staying up high or you can have temp that's stays up high and not be pregnant. Bbt tracking is best for knowing if you ovulated.
