This video just popped on my feed. I am on day 8 dpo and my temperature dropped this morning. I’ve been feeling like pulling on my right side for the past 2-3 days. It will be interesting to see if temperature starts to drop or rise up again.
I find it fascinating to visually see the rise and drop in temperature. I would just notice feeling hotter at night on certain days but didn’t know why until now that I started charting. Thank you for this video.
I'm not here to discourage or put in a bad light absolutely anyone who wishes for a pregnancy, but I am currently 8 days post ovulation and I am praying I won't see an implantation dip in the following 3 days, so that I can at least feel less anxious about a possible unwanted pregnancy..

My temp dipped below my coverline today at 10dpo. I was feeling so defeated and this video restored my hope. Im hoping to see an immense spike tomorrow 🙏🏼

And I was wondering in relationship to this video, how many degrees is the difference between estrogen increase in the lutheal phase ( if pregnancy happens) besides just having a decrease of progesterone, as you explain in the video? I think I got a small dip on 6 DPO 🤔 it only went down .22 deg F though
But then I also think I had implantation bleeding the evening of 8 DPO. Haven’t seen it since.

Hello! Was wondering if you have or would make a video on why LH would be high for multiple days early in a cycle? I got positive 200% peaks on days 6, 7, 8 and 9 of my cycle so far. 😕
Interesting! Seeing my charts, I see I usually have a dip right before ovulation, but I didn't have it in my pregnancy month ^^
Ah thats an estrogen peak dip then! Its a beauty mark :) interesting that you didn't have it in the month you conceived. Perhaps in your case the pre ovulation dip is related to estrogen dominance and the month you conceived your hormones were better balanced.. just a guess though!
@@FertilityHomeopath, thank you so much for the comment! It might be indeed. The only odd thing I notice in my cycles is that my luteal phases as quite short, even shorter now after the pregnancy (around 9 days).

I found your channel as I was looking for information on early pregnancy symptoms. My menstrual cycle is regular, but now my period is 2 days late, and I have also been experiencing early pregnancy symptoms. I have not yet built the courage to take the home test that I bought yesterday and - because I was not actively trying to get pregnant - I only started taking the multivitamins for pregnant women as of yesterday, just in case. I know the chances of me actually being pregnant are slim, but it did leave me quite worried in case I turn out to actually be pregnant.

Hi I've been following your videos regularly. This is my 3rd month of TTC & charting. From last 2 months, I got a clear dip at day 18-19 which I assumed to be ovulation. Last month I also got a huge dip at 9dpo & temp jumped back up next day. I thought it to be implantation dip but sadly got my period on time. This month however OPK says Ov happened on CD18 but got temp dip at CD23(very little). I'm confused now. I planned according to the OPK.
I have PCOD due to IR, FSH/ LH is normal. Cycle length is 32-33 days. Hope you can help me with this😊
Hi! Do you know if you would still experience the drop even if you’re on Progesterone? I’m currently taking as prescribed by my MD after ovulation and tracking my temp and it’s slightly dropped. I ovulated 12/12. Thank you!!!

Hi lovely, I think I should do a video on that! But basically it interferes with fertility hormones. Prolactin is what we also produce when we nurse a baby and it reduces our fertility. Have a look at my video video and the articles on my website on that topic. This should give you some info already

Aug 1-7 - brown spotting with small clots
Aug 8 - light and brown period
Aug 10-12 medium heavy period, red with large clots
Aug 13-16 light period, brown with small clots
August 17 - Aug25 brown spotting.
Aug 26 - light and brown period after exercising. Huhuhu
August 27 - heavy dark red with clots.

Hello I have a question, this cycle july 2021 I just had 2 huge temp drops, one on 7dpo another on 8dpo, it dipped way below cover line ! Now I heard implantation dip only goes down 1 day not 2, what could be going on???
Also my tubes has been tied since 2013 on 2019 I had symptoms of pregnancy and I had a faint line like I was early pregnant. After that a pink spot with cm came out. I was with pain and was bleeding a lot to the point I feel the urge to push the blood out . Will that have been a early miscarriage?

Love I’m sure everyone wants Ingrefleur to look at their chart !! She takes clients for a fee, but there is a waiting list right now unfortunately . I recommend going on an app like kindara . There is a community section where you can share your chart and you will get lots of wonderful feedback from the women there . Unless you are already pregnant ?! Are you? 🤞
About charting. Do you have to take your temperature the exact time every morning or just once you've gotten 3 plus hours of sleep? What if you're a person that wakes up at different times of the night. Can you still chart correctly?
@La Teish Check out her video on tempdrop. I was charting with an oral thermometer and have lots of sleep disturbances and felt like it was never accurate so I ordered a tempdrop and it has been really cool to see this cycle so clearly. Honestly temping isn’t the most important sign unless you’renot even sure if you’re ovulating - body fluids and cervix position are most impt and can indicate health. I’m using temp just to see if I am ovulating every cycle. 💜

Hey beautiful, i am your big fan from Bangladesh..i have been watching your videos since September'19. It's been 4 years of my marriage and i was studying. So we didn’t planned our baby until this April. Before we start ttc, my period started to delay..I didn’t even got my period in feb and april. So we decided to go for a checkup and end up with so many tests. I found out i have pcod and hypothyroidism. I was in medication for last 3 month and they gave me contraceptive pill to regulate my period. And this cycle they gave me letrozole. Its CD 16 and i am testing for ovulation..Your videos really give me hopes. May God bless you and your family. Can u make a video on how to cure hypothyroidism. I think it will help alot of women suffering from hypothyroidism and infertility from hypothyroidism. Thank you

Is oral temperature enuf for bbt ? My temperatures tend to fluctuate..does air conditioning affect bbt
Often fluctuating temperatures are due to adrenal stress. You could check though if air conditioning is affecting you by temping vaginally for a cycle.
My temps so far have been day 22-25 36.3 36.6 36.3 36.3
I got positive ovulation on clearblue day 16.
I know I should google it, but it came up saying anything under 37 and not enough progesterone, does that mean I might not have ovulated? Clomid cycle.

Good morning, To be honest, y’all on UA-cam keep saying the same thing and I can’t even understand what you mean by implantation dip and how do I know I’m ovulating. For instance, I started chatting after my period and my temperature has been from (97.59, 97.39, 97.25). From your explanation, you said once you notice a high in temperature then you have ovulated. What I don’t understand is how do you know you’re ovulating before you temperature spikes up from 97.39 to maybe 97.79. Also how do I know I’m ovulating from my last temperature check before the increase in temperature. Everyone keeps talking about dip and I still don’t get the explanation. Hope I’m making sense. and pls explain
Im sure every woman has the dip it's probably that they didn't catch it on the morning BBT check. She didnt have it indicated on her chart but she got pregnant. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️

Its not a very high temp, Id like to see it hit 36.8 at least in the luteal phase.
