Have you ever seen an Implantation dip (Usually CD 22/23), then a spike in temperature (highest of my chart), but then another dip the next day? This keeps repeating on my chart, and I'm not sure how to interpret it. Also, I seem to just run colder, but my thyroid levels are fine. Thank you.
Can you please tell me a healthy temp range for comfirming ovulation and days that follow. On the net i am getting mixed opinions. Last month my temps were much higher all through than they are this month :-/
So if you've had the light spotting then the spotting stops and no period but your temps have not raised but have not gone below the cover line either after 3-5 days would this be an anovulatory cycle? Could you do a video on anovulatory cycles, how to tell and its effects? (I didn't see it in your list but will double-check)

I’m hopeful been TTC over a year
I have changed my diet and started exercising more recently. During my current cycle, I have charted my temps, CM, and position of my cervix. I am very certain that I experienced light red ovulation spotting for maybe an hour on the day I actually ovulated. Should I be concerned that I never experienced it before and now I am? Could it be a good sign of fertility? My temps are usually low, 96.2- 97.4 during my follicular phase including about 2 dips and 96.6- 97.6 during my luteal phase (history of a dip ( dropped down to 96.0 for one day) last cycle but not yet during this cycle). I will really appreciate your insights to end my stress! 🙏 I have stage 4 endometriosis. Had my transfer on Monday and don’t have any symptoms except cramping, which I did have before transfer too from the progesterone injections. The only other thing I noticed is that on day 2 after transfer my basal temperature went up to 99.3 in the evening. Does that mean there’s something wrong? Is my body accepting/rejecting the embryo? Please share your insights I will really really appreciate it!

I think ovulated yesterday (positive OPK on 11/26) which is cycle day 13 on my average 26 day cycle. I’m due to start my cycle in 10 days. Intercourse days 11/26, 11/27 and 11/28) I had my rise in temp from 97.07 yesterday to 97.70 today and I expect another rise to 98 degrees tomorrow. What is the likelihood of my body implanting on day 8 so close to my cycle starting and is my luteal phase too short or right on the cusp? What do you recommend I do during this time? Can implantation bleeding happen before you ovulate? My cycle started 10 days before and now I am light spotting. Is that implantation bleeding?

Hello ma'am. Good morning. I am currently going under treatment for getting pregnant. My last menses date was 17 August 2020. I was prescribed Letoval 5 mg from 2nd day. And got my HCG 10000 injection on 29th. I was feeling some symptoms like weakness and early morning vomiting sensation so got a hpt done on 14 September and it's faint positive. Am I actually pregnant or is it the HCG shot detected on hpt. Please suggest. I am trying since last 4 years.
Hey lady!! Love your videos so much! QQ- I’ve had high temps since ovulation (pretty sure I ovulated the 9th). Monday my temp was 98.48, yesterday it was 97.58 and it’s back high again today. So does that mean implantation occurred, is this the “implantation dip?”

Would you be able to clarify something? I’ve been seeing this floating around the internet and it’s driving me crazy because I don’t think it’s accurate. When you take an opk test and the test line is darker than the control line the theory is that that means it’s “peak ovulation”. Where is this theory coming from because I thought the first positive test you get tells you ovulation is going to accure soon but everyone is now ignoring that and only looking for the opk with test line being darker than the control line and saying that that’s “peak ovulation”. Opk strips can’t detect peak fertility only digitals right?
Hello lovely... I am 34 years. Last may i have had miscarriage in 11.2 weeks.. till now i am trying but not getting conceive although my cycle is super regular and i charted so know my fertile days and ovulation. What should I do please help.
hey girl so I have some questions!
Here is my back story: in august of 2020 i miscarried and by mid to late October of 2020 my HCG levels had hit 0. January 27 I had my first ovulation day from my miscarriage and February 12 of 2021 I got my first period from my miscarriage which lasted from about the 15th/16th
I say the 15th/16th because I’m not sure if those counted as a period because it was like the very ending stages of my period. Like I’d wipe & Their would barley be anything their at all.
So starting the 15th I had started to take my ovulation tests again because I couldn’t actually tell if I should or shouldn’t sense I couldn’t really pin point if I was off my period. & it looks like I definitely got a positive, and continuing the 16th it wasn’t as dark but it was still pretty dark. So I’m just so concerned because is that even like correct or possible ? I wish I could send you pictures of the tests so you can tell me if it is positive or not ! Ahhh
How can I see if I will begin ovulating again after pregnancy? What signs do I look out for? My child is turning 1 next week and I still have not gotten my period back (I'm still breastfeeding throughout the day and night so I know this might affect when I get my period back). I'm wondering if I might be able to see if I'm about to ovulate through my cervical mucus. But what does the cervical mucus typically look like when you still haven't gotten your period or cycle back while breastfeeding? I keep seeing egg white for several days 🙈
Halo madam.. Using ovulation kit i found that i was having peak positive at 8th of this month morning.. We had intercourse early morning that day.. On the same day after 5pm i was having abdominal cramp with urine tendency for 1 hour or 2 hr.. From nxt day onwards having mild cramp, sore breast, tiredness, hunger has increased.. Is it a positive sign... Pls reply...

Please help me 🌸I've been charting for about 4 month and I always ovulate around day 14/15 but this months my body has been trying to ovulate 3 times. Day 14, 23 and 29 but it was highest at day 29. Can the reason be that I didn't ovulate those other times? (also I've been taking pills for improving egg quality the past month and a half, maybe it has something to do with it)
I regularly have a tri-phasic BBT chart (not pregnant) but what's interesting is that my LH-surge is at the second temperature surge. In a non pregnant triphasic BBT-chart you'd expect the first temperature surge to be at the time of ovulation and the second one (if there is one) about a week after. They say it's because oestrogen 'spikes' twice throughout the cycle that might effect BBT (about 11 % of menstruating people that are not pregnant have a triphasic BBT-chart).
And because of low progesterone, I also get spotting in my luteal phase, around 3 days before my period. So basically, every month my body is driving me nuts and I have to tell myself again and again that I'm not pregnant.

I started spotting yesterday and I haven’t had no clots, this is my 3rd pregnancy 🤰 the first day it was maybe 3 size of quarters worth of bleeding , light pink a touch of light brown , all day has passed and I’m like where are the clots , no clots lol just little pen drops balls here and there , tomorrow makes the 3 rd day, I keep feeling fluttering all around my navel , I guess because this is my 3rd time , I feel it more , I haven’t had no intense cramps,, just the flutters around my navel and very bad fatigue lol and my period came on aug 18 of last month so yea . Spotting started sep 15 and earlier today when I took a shower I had clear cervical mucus come out, I remembered you talking about that on the video that says spotting and period

I love your content! I’ve watched you for years as we’ve been trying to conceive. I’m curious, so on the internet I see that you can NOT be pregnant and still have a triphasic chart. Are you saying that’s not true and that it’s actually always a sign of implantation? Since your video doesn’t seem to mention the percentage of people that don’t end up pregnant with that kind of chart I assume so? I had another shift on 10 DPO and I’m curious on your opinion!
i am currently 6 dpo and im having slight mild cramps which i never have my period is 5 days away and i only get cramps a day or two before my period begins could this be implantation cramps ?

Hello my dear, hey ladies, I have a question. I had a temp dip this morning 4DPO. Broke my heart a little, can someone explain what this could be I took my temp about an hour earlier than I usually do, because I was woken up too early, could that have made the drop?
You need to take the same time every morning.. and earlier or later can throw your results off along with any activity you do. As soon as you wake up you need to reach for your thermometer and place it in the same spot everyday. I don’t even sit up .. I take it while lying down so i don’t move too much.

What happens if you’re testing positive on an OPK test, but negative on a pregnancy test?
I was suppose to get my period 3 days ago, but all my pregnancy tests came out negative. Today, I tried an OPK test, and it came back positive. I’m so confused. 😭
I heard someone say that LH (what we test for with the OPK’s) is molecularly similar to HCG and that your OPK can be positive if you have HCG in your system.
Sooo I’m sure you tried to test again a few days later with the pregnancy test.

Sometimes, I have been avoiding pregnancy and still seen an "implantation dip". What causes the dip if it is not a cycle you got pregnant (and you know you shouldn't be getting pregnant)?
I am also wondering, I see so many people saying that overall low temps is bad, and that is thyroid or low iron. Even when I get the full thyroid panel, no problems were found. I did have low ferritin, but when I corrected that, my temps were still low. Could it be because I am slender?

Here in India we get no ovulation kit so we don’t really know when we ovulated so it’s harder for us to know .so what do we do

Do my free charting course and track cervical mucus, cervical position to find you fertile window and your temperature to confirm ovulation.

Is it possible to have an ovulation dip without LH Surge? CD 15 got a positive test but CD 16 & 17 it got lower but CD 16,17 & 18 showed higher normal temp, to lowest dip & back high 🤔
