I do a bit of callesthenics, an have found these excercises really help with my traps and shoulder flexibility. I'm still doing your morning stretches before breakfast which set me up for the day, . Ironically, this has been one of the positive outcomes of the L.Down, as I probably would never have found you otherwise. Thanks again, keep safe, and healthy 😍🧘 Jim

I am struggling with constant headaches and neck/shoulder pain and stiffness and this one in particular has eased things this morning, so I feel ready to get on with my working day. I am so grateful to you for your calm, clear teaching and love the garden too!
Just rediscovered this one again and great for neck and shoulders but sill actually quite challenging for your whole body! Could we have more Yoga videos? Perhaps another Pilates/Yoga fusion as i really enjoy these and what i've noticed is that my flexiblity is really so much better after doing these. Great cleat instructions by the way that i don't really watch but just listen. Thank-you!
