I've just turned 65. My husband and I have just gone through a summer-autumn maelstrom: of him losing his job; us preparing our home for sale; selling it; packing up and schlepping all we have into storage, all under tight deadlines; moving to my family home 750 miles away; caring for our animals; getting retirement accounts, Medicare, Powers of Attorney, living trust, VA medical benefits, etc, into place. My husband has worsening dementia, which leaves me with all the planning, driving, etc. We're helping my brother here to take care of our mother, 96 and very frail. There aren't words to describe my loneliness, anxiety, stress, emotional exhaustion and aching joints. This and others of David's videos are saving my joints, mobility, sleep, hope, sanity. I feel that I ought to be paying for this.

This is by far one of the best shoulder/neck practices I've ever done - thanks so much. So soothing and releasing, perfect pace and calming voice, plus a great natural setting as a backdrop, I've really enjoyed this session!
I had frozen shoulder years ago. I got pretty good rotation after stretching it all the time but never got full rotation. And always had some discomfort. Now it's really feeling better, and I swear I have full rotation. Such an awesome stretch! Thank you
David I always so appreciate your videos. They are simple and gentle, but WOW do I feel that stretch. There were parts of my neck I didn't even know could feel a stretch, and today I realized they are so tight. I'm excited to return to this video and see how my shoulders and neck progress as they learn to let go of the tightness they've held for so long. Many thanks.

I had my second cervical fusion five months ago. This has been a godsend for me now that my physical therapy allotment has been exhausted. It really helps me get my shoulders down and keeps my neck looser. Thank you!!
I woke up this morning with a painfully stiff neck. I thought I would have to do acupuncture or go to the chiropractor, but decided to try yoga first. This practice was great- relieving most of the pain and giving me much better range of motion! Thank you, David!
