I just got a 2015. I need a tip to keep back-pressure from killing it underwater. The billet tip i added on my 2007 was great, but the 2015 exhaust is different and the billet tip made it way too loud! Did this tip increase the noise on your rig?
does it really gives more power? and was there any problems you had while you had your old grizzly. because im looking to get a ATV and 2008-2009 grizz is what im aiming for So į wonder was it rock solid to you :)
If you buy a well maintained Grizz ,, You are going to get Excellent value buying a older one ,, I never had a single problem with any of my Grizzlys. . Yamaha and Honda build the best.. Thanks for watching !
Lukas Juozaitis. just focus on how well it was maintained , and how it was rode.. A high mileage machine would be over 10,000 miles.. but a well maintained high mileage machine is better than a low mileage beater.. If the guy selling it seems like a knobshine , dont buy it... If the guy seems to know where and how to change all the oils , and how much oil it takes for a oil change , ect.. Buy it..
@@timber66 It felt like it did bud the efi will compensate for the increased exhaust flow so no programmer needed I also have upgraded to 14in wheel and 28in tires with no performance loss.My rideing buddy,s always compliment on how the exhaust note sound,s.Ppl think I have a full exhaust when it,s only the end cap change...I also run the screen in mine..some don't...
I made up some heat shields for my new 2020 grizzly 700se xtr. Posted a vid of 1 heat shield and for under the glove box over the engine i cut a piece of 3/16 aluminum plate and trimmed it to fit around the shifter and wiring harness, drilled 4 holes to zip tie the aluminum plate to the frame using existing holes. It cooled the glove box off enough in summer, I can keep my phone in there without worrying about being too hot.
Ricardo Arevalo Yes , you should get a tuner , highly recommended. You will love the power increase with a tuner , and it will run much cooler. It will run very hot , and pingy without tuner. Yes mud and water "could" get in easier , but not if it is running. No it will not burn plastics.
+inteligentvtec lol ,, YUP love my RUCKUS , put over 4,000 miles on a black one , before I picked up that Orange one.. Its modded , and does 45mph ! Ride it more than my Harley , lol.. Thanks for watching !
+Derrick B I am waiting on power commander , as my Yamaha dealer claims they are the best quality... they called on them and were told this fall they should have one for the 2016
+James Ford They increased fuel economy on the 16 , but decreased the fuel tank size slightly , so they have about equal range of around a 100 miles. Yes it is faster.
I painted them myself.. I used High temp paint on my exhaust , and Plastic paint on my Gas cap and all the rest.. Its holding up ok , but I'm sure it will need a fresh coat in awhile.
That's a nice clean looking 07 Grizz!!
TheIndianscout Its been dirtied a bit , since my brother bought it off me. He rides it like a Yamaha... Can't hurt em !
- POHLHAMMER Looks like you took good care of it.
It really need that the engine was crying for it sounds healthy and happy now
WOOWWW SOUND LIKE A BABY ITS CRYING STRANGE LOL...NICE
nah...that's just a polaris owner when they hear a Yamaha or Honda near by.
@@jasonmorehouse3756 Hahaha made my day bro

Really nice atv man!
+Ean Weldon Thank you , and thanks for watching !

Well thanks for your answer! :) and i want your opinion on how many miles is high?

thanks allot for your time you seem like really nice person :)
Yea I put one on my 2018 Le really opened it up and mellow sound....
Has it improved performance? Thinking of putting one on my 2018 grizzly le

Since switching to the 2rRacing tip, have you had any issues with the tip burning your plastics?
1CBRacing No , I never had a issue.

are you happy with it or is it about the same as the 2007 grizzly
I am VERY happy with it ! I was very happy with older one too though !
It is a upgrade , if thats what your wondering..
Please reply, I just had 3 quick questions. Do you need a fuel tuner with this, does it let water or mud in, and does it burn the plastics
Ricardo Arevalo Yes , you should get a tuner , highly recommended. You will love the power increase with a tuner , and it will run much cooler. It will run very hot , and pingy without tuner.

- POHLHAMMER thank you very much. Are you going to post soon, love the videos keep em coming
Ricardo Arevalo Ya , I need to do a update video soon.. been a long winter hanging with family. Thanks for watching !
no you do not need a tuner with just the tip
@@michaeldejarnett9026 yes you do, stock, these bikes are very lean from idle to about 3/4 throttle. the tip increases the lean condition
Ruckus spotted! Nice.
+inteligentvtec lol ,, YUP love my RUCKUS , put over 4,000 miles on a black one , before I picked up that Orange one.. Its modded , and does 45mph ! Ride it more than my Harley , lol.. Thanks for watching !
+- POHLHAMMER Ya I got a ruckus too, so much fun. I also have a grizzly 660 which I also love, will never get rid of either.
+inteligentvtec my first utility quad was a 660 Grizz , loved it too !
Where did you get that rear tow hook?
Never mind, I now see that is just a winch hook in the stock mount. I thought it was some sort of aftermarket one piece hook/mount combo!
Thank you!
How does it run compared to stock? mine seems to be border line lean. has a bit of a pop on decel.
same ... Going to order a fuel tuner soon ..
+THE POHLHAMMER Who has them for sale? ive been waiting on EHS racing to come up with something.
+Derrick B I am waiting on power commander , as my Yamaha dealer claims they are the best quality... they called on them and were told this fall they should have one for the 2016
+- POHLHAMMER so would you need a fuel tuner if you get the tip??
ya , kinda do need it , or else its going to run too lean.. I have the HMF tuner.
Can you give me the link to the website you bought this from?
Jacob :D www.2rracing.com/home.aspx?Merchant=2rracing
Thanks!
Do it again without the crying so we can hear the exhaust.
how do you find it on fuel then your 2007 grizzly and is it any faster
+James Ford They increased fuel economy on the 16 , but decreased the fuel tank size slightly , so they have about equal range of around a 100 miles. Yes it is faster.
ok thanks I have a 2008 700 se looking at getting a new 2016 se
+James Ford Great Choice! Yamaha builds the BEST!
yeah they shore do ill have too take a video of mine and ill put it on here
Where did u get all your orange accessories?
I painted them myself..
I used High temp paint on my exhaust , and Plastic paint on my Gas cap and all the rest.. Its holding up ok , but I'm sure it will need a fresh coat in awhile.
+- POHLHAMMER looks really good might have to steal tht idea lol
+Jacob Edwards Sounds Good !! Thanks for watching !
+- POHLHAMMER how did u get the foot pegs of to paint them
+Jacob Edwards You will have to drill out the rivits , and replace them when your done.. Rivit guns are cheap , and easy to use.
do you know how to snorkel the 2016 grizzly?
I have the ability but not the desire ,, At least not yet... lol
+THE POHLHAMMER was just wondering wanted to do mine but its way different from the older grizzlies
+Luis Fructuoso Good luck ,, post video if you end up doing it...
Where u buy that tip

Had to stop when the crying started. :)
I live with it everyday man.... Three boys , and they all take turns driving me nuts. lol
It'll be over before you know it. I'm on my last one!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank God! Great video though.
