Whether it's the "Heart Attack Grill" or fast food restaurants, the whole point is that we all eat horrible foods and his marketing gimmicks actually show how food from any restaurant can take its toll on your health.
It's not just about weight. You cant just eat bad cause your skinny and have genetics to be thin. Your still clogging your arteries if you eat bad food. You could be jacked if you work out and eat terrible. Your arteries and organs can still get hurt from that. I'm not even talking about roids or supplements. I'm saying if you take none of that and are in good shape. Your organs are still being killed if you eat bad. I know plenty of thin people who have diabetes, have liver or heart problems. People arent getting it just cause your body is in shape does not mean your organs are.

The mind and body are connected, and poor mental health and shame makes it even harder to improve physical health (and vice versa). The mind and body are connected, and poor mental health and shame makes it even harder to improve physical health (and vice versa). So, treating people the way he does is not helpful, it's detrimental. Whether he has a point or not regarding people's longevity, he's contributing to the problem.

No matter what your genetics are, your body has to burn energy when you exercise, and fat is energy. Also, Exercise is free, as my Uncle lifted cinder blocks every day and he ended up looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger!
So there's no money factor in Exercising and eating healthy (less). You don't have to spend lots of money on Shakes, health bars and Lean cuisines, just eat fruits and veggies now and again. And, instead of buying potato chips, save that money to buy sweet natural foods, such as pears. Just in case you were going to use that excuse.
Two final things: One, never "Juice". You need the skin (fiber) to help digest that Sugar you get from the Juice. Natural sugar is still sugar! Two, exercising for Thirty minutes a day and then sitting for the rest of the day will give you no results. Keep moving!

Not really. It's pretty sick honestly. He's right eating this way will cause you to die, but he is giving it away for free to people who are overweight and already near death. How is that morally okay? They already have problems with eating and he is pretty much giving them free food so they can kill themselves on it. Sure its their choice, but do you think anyone wants to be overweight or die from obesity? These people have problems, and need help, not someone or something that enables them to eat more. It's like handing free drugs to a drug addict.

Dudes backstory that led to this is kinda sad. At first he owned a gym and promoted good health and fitness. He cared about people and did his best to help them be healthy. Sadly a big good chain sued him because his name was too similar to the restaurants. The food chain won and put him out of business, after he saw that money was what ruled he changed his way of business. In a way he still promotes good health in a dark way. You either die a hero or live long enough to become the villain.
