Gotta say, I do love that we got a Rutherford/Mariner duo this episode. I think that's their first time, just those two? I always felt, while I love the show, that they don't mix up the characters enough. They kinda changed that this season and I love it! :)
Bad-gey separated from Good-gey was essentially Bill Cipher without the horrific eldritch powers. Also, that music at the end started to sound like Vader's hallway walk.
It even more hilarious cuase once he *obtains* said eldritch powers he's like, "huh.... you know, actually revenge ain't all that rad, imma go create some universes instead"
She witnessed the future where Badgey killed Rutherford and destroyed the Federation, time travelled back, and was already waiting in a space suit, so she'll make it to Badgey's ship with Rutherford in time.
@@chewyuanqiang Yeah, I haven't seen Lower Decks yet but I keep getting clips from it recommended to me. Honestly, the clips are making me want to watch the show.
[spoiler alert]. from the end of season 3 to the final return of badgey ive gotta admit I'm disappointed, was really hoping he would be at the grand finale of season 4 as completely evil.
Good-gy vs bad-gy is legitimately a great little joke.
I feel stupid for missing that pun.
Really cute when Badgey said "papa" 😂😂
How touching
It shouldn’t be so cute, but it is
"He's fighting his own catharsis!" Ouch. Been there.
I like how Mariner's first instinct was to do a flying sideways kick
It's the best decision 100% of the time, half the time.
honestly she had great form with it too
0:41
And I love how Badgey dodged her kick only to reappear to laugh at her.
A true successor to the "Chuck Norris/James T. Kirk School of Combat"
I haven’t felt this uncomfortable around a yellow triangle since Bill ripped out that Deers teeth
Hello there fellow Gravity Falls fan!
Man... I wonder what Rutherford's family background was like such that he unconsciously programmed this into all of his creations?
This Rutherford or the OG pre accident one?
@@targetseeker The OG pre-accident pear-eater.
@@Brasswatchman I wonder if they know Rutherford has changed personality-wise (might as well be a stranger).
@@targetseeker An excellent question. They might know but not care, what with OG Rutherford being a fairly massive jerk.
@@Brasswatchman they'll probably know when he brings Tendi home.
0:39 finally I get to hear Jack McBrayer swear 😂
I think its sweet how Rutherford cares about badgy, because maybe thats all anyone ever love and acceptance.
I love Badgey he's my favorite character in lower decks.
Still can't get over badgey being voiced by Wander.
Traitor Primarchs: That's all we ever wanted!
1:18 Literally all that Big E needed to say in order to avert the Heresy.
Big E: let's go get ice cream sons
@Tigerkaya Sounds like a good way to start a friendship, But friendship is magical, and Magic is heresy....

Chaos Gods: What!? No, No that's CHEATING!
This is fantastic.

I like how this almost worked. Usually they don't try this.
Oh shit, he's gone Majin Buu!
It sure is weird hearing badgey and thinking Wander Over Yonder after the one bad day to change it all
That close up of Badgey's face was a bit much.
Wander from wonder over yonder being a villain sounds so right yet so wrong
I can't stop seeing Wander in Badgey
love this creature 🥰 the bag tea
0:40 Badgie will never forget that moment but I kind of laughed when he said like that hte first time
Jack McBrayer ought to play more villains. He's always playing consummate good guys, but it's always so fun when he plays bad guys.
Diplomatic Immunity… 👍
The badgey split gave me some dark crystal vibes
Such a sweet moment.
Ooooh, Bad-gey. Now I get it. Great joke.
Dang wonder calm down hahshaha
how did mariner get suited up and leap after rutherord so fast when he had a huge head start?
She probably has an extra EVA suit stashed closer to the bridge. And she might be faster at getting into it than Rutherford is.
She witnessed the future where Badgey killed Rutherford and destroyed the Federation, time travelled back, and was already waiting in a space suit, so she'll make it to Badgey's ship with Rutherford in time.
Turbo from wreck it ralph made to the star trek universe
This scene was sweet! Too bad it didn't work.
This was a wild episode. I loved the plot twist in the end.
Technically it did work. It just had an unexpected result.
(Original: Technically it did work, but only because of conflicting personality.)

Lower Decks is hilarious. It's equal parts workplace sitcom and love letter to Trek.
"YOU CAN'T KICK ME BECAUSE YOU'RE BRAIN IS STUPID!"
-Death
You know sometimes I think of badgey as what would happen if wander from wander over yonder had mentally snapped.
Bill cypher origins
And I thought Moriarty was the most scary hologram-character...
Just like Bill Cipher 😅
Called it in my Badgey is Alive Theory. I knew badgey faked his own death. Theory proven. But I did get some of what he planned to do later wrong.
What episode is this
Still mad at Rutherford for snapping his neck... after he threatened to slit Tendi's throat and bathe in her blood.
