Have rib and spine issues but did most of what was safe for me to do and did alternative exercises to keep my heart rate up. Nice to get a sweat on. Thanks!❤

Wow, that was really fun! It's summer here in Argentina 🇦🇷 and today is insanely hot but I managed to finish this workout. I had to modify the last full burpees 'cause I struggle a lot with them, but here we are. We did it!!

I'm a ballet dancer who had to skip a lot of my training due to multiple injuries but you really helped me get through the recovery process and still continue helping me get my strength back! I've noticed I feel so much calmer in my everyday life when I exercise consistently, plus even my ballet teacher noticed how much stronger I was when I came back after recovery and a lot of that is thanks to your workouts!! But always told myself that I am not alone doing this. I have team grow on my side. I want to build strength and be a part of this! That was my motivation plus some forced-on discipline to get up and do my additional workout everyday. And I’m so proud and can already FEEL and SEE results in the form of strength,stamina and muscle. Thanks to YOU! I’m so grateful ❤ Now when I’m at volleyball or vaulting practice I can FEEL the workouts that I’ve been doing lol. In the form of soreness LMAO or being able to try new tricks and seeing improvement in general. I LOVE that. That’s one of the many things I’ve wanted to archive through this challenge lately. I’m a bit behind on the schedule because i have no way of working out during the weekends but following along in the week makes me happy and helps break my daily cycle. From Japan. I do HIIT or Tabata for 1-2 hours every day while watching your videos. My physical strength has increased, and my body has become able to recover quickly even if I overeat. This video will definitely be on repeat.
I did a criss cross jump for the first time and a whole tabata till the end only with water breaks ❤️❤️❤️ And i hope im not the only one who took a few days off of the workout routine but i love it and come back all the time. 😊 Take a break listen to your body but come back and love the progress
