Amazing work as usual, but I do miss the longer videos when we got to see more of the process, rather than hit something on the table and, Presto! It's a different color! Or it's multiplied into several, or many parts have been assembled. It's gotten to where it looks more like a magic show than the actual process of creating something from chocolate.
