Hi! Can you please explain what exactly is included in the base price of your homes?
Hi Norma! All of our projects were custom made so far. The base price includes the same level of finishes and good materials throughout the whole building components (E.g. SIP panel structure, cedar exterior siding, standing seam roofing, white pine interior finish) but does not include appliances/furniture/upgrades (Upgrades exemples are: quartz countertop, heating floor, skylight, Shou Sugi Ban). Just wondering why the upper cabinets in the master bedroom are so high on the wall?
@@naomibedek1701 When you add a mattress and box spring they won't look so high. Also, the client may want a headboard or art work above the bed.

I think this is now my favourite model. It sued to be the Ebene because of the living room part. Maybe the only part I would add is a separator wall between the kitchen cabinet and the sofa in the living room. Maybe this is why I like the Ebene so much, its separation from the rest of the area. Your design and builds are always top notch. I love this as all the Magnolia houses. Minimalist would be my choice to build a home, design aspect, build quality and attention to detail is one of the best out there in Tiny house buildings. Thank you for sharing this amazing home!

Amazing house. You guys build some of the best I have seen. Is it possible to build out to 12 feet of width? I understand the shipping/movement gets complicated then, but the extra width would open a lot of possibilities.

Loved the tour of the tiny house. Best feature is the handrail! I think most tiny house fail big time on their rails or lack of rails. Loved everything thing about this house!
You should have cut out all the toilet paper talk. Totally detracts from the presentation.

Sahand, in the US you can have 8'6" with no extra-width permitting costs. Overall heights & width limits, permits and safety measures (banners, lead cars, etc.) depend on varying state regs & fees, for non- commercial uses. Tinys built to be booths, offices, food trucks fall under other regs. Can't speak about other nations' systems.

Absolutely beautiful! You guys really have made the standard for a master bedroom on the main floor for tiny homes. One suggestion fold down shelves in the utility closet for either storage of small items, or brooms 🧹 and such. Blessings and Peace ❤️✝️

Hi, are all your units on wheels? if you have piece of property who will be responsible for the hook up ie; septic water hydro etc.. are you also familiar with all the building codes for each province? thx

Everytime I see one of their videos I'm always thinking "goodness if I had the money the only request I'd have would be space for books and windowsills for orchids, the rest? You make it however you want, cause it'll turn out great anyway" 😂
This is gorgeous! Gray, black and white aren't my colors so I'd change that and add a bathtub. I love the handrail for the stairs and the amount of storage, along with the ability to have a washer/dryer. It looks and feel spacious. Love it!

Omg you’ve done it again. I love this model as well the layout is perfect There’s only one thing I’d change and that’s the refrigerator I need a seriously much bigger refrigerator especially since I’m planning on living in it from now on. But definitely your homes are QUALITY AND BUILT SOUND AND WELL PLANNED OUT LOVE THEM

I love the Magnolia model, it’s always been my favourite. I’ve always loved the main floor bedroom and the big living room. I think the 1st Magnolia model is still my favourite in terms of design, but every model is so beautiful.
How much would this exact model be? This is perfect for me! I’m selling my house this summer & moving to California. Our real estate market is crazy right now so my house will sell for 5x what I paid!

I find that is seems a bit cramped for my taste and the fact that the shower seems built for a very skinny person and has no recesses to accommodate your soaps shampoos is disappointing. Are you guys able to build these wider? I've seen a builder out of Texas who makes much wider builds.
remember these are mostly custom builds. What the customer asks for is what is made

Its hot and humid in Canada during the summer. So no issue there. As for the hurricane, come on man this aint a bunker...

I like the opening at the top of the loft wall for airflow. Kind of an issue for privacy, but will make the house more comfortable.

The separated bedroom is great with the high ceilings, I'd add a netting platform for lounging well above the bed to utilize all that height and not affect ventilation. Would be nice to have a closed off multi-purpose room in a tiny house.
