- The Noyer V4: This custom version of the Noyer was quite challenging for the team; it features tons of storage and includes a full range of appliances and equipment. It is 2ft longer than the original model, with dimensions of 10x32 including the bump-out area. The client is an engineer who is passionate about boats and you can feel it was taking into consideration when designing his tiny home. There is always a way to make our house your own by changing minor elements. We are pleased of how it came out, what do you think?

I love your work. In particular this kitchen is very ideal, and the transitions between rooms being completely on the sides is such a better use of space than hallways through the centre of the house. Awesome.
Stunning as usual. Just wish there had been more hanging closet space but thats just me being a Lady. LOL

I have my eye on the original Noyer but I like the idea of the window in front of the dining room table. And I love the bathroom.
Love so much of this design. I was laughing at the Smart Toilet portion of the tour, and those 7 foot long storage drawers reminded me of an episode of "Seinfeld" where Kramer had Japanese businessmen sleeping in a bureau.

I’m thinking I would have a board to place on top of the pulled out drawers, put a mattress on, and have a queen bed, almost, no? 🙂

All the Minimaliste houses are beautiful, but I prefer the original Noyer😝 I do love the screen door tho, and the shower...
Damn. This tiny house is next level!!! I love everything about this version of the Noyer and that dining table is genius! Was that custom designed for this client? I don't think I've ever seen that one before. I would love to see that with a fold-out leaf to expand for dinner parties. Would that be possible for this design? That's one of my biggest concerns about eventually moving to a tiny house - could I still have dinner parties?
A lot of people add decks to their homes (once they're parked), but I guess it also depends on where you are, and time of year. Wouldn't be so great in the dead of winter.

My husband and I hope to have a tiny home built by you guys in the future. Minimaliste houses are so well constructed, insulated and beautifully designed. The competition pales in comparison! It is the quality that sets Minimalist houses apart.

I have always been impressed with your work. Maybe you should think about wrapping the walking area (in the loft) around the foot of the bed. Then adding more closet space. Also, below it can be storage accessible from the exterior. 👍🏼😊. Great work guys.

C'est la perfection ! The design of the loft and landing solves a significant problem (getting in and out of bed!) for older people and/or people with limited mobility. The bathroom is ART. I live in NC - - glad to know this beauty is somewhere nearby!

It’s very nice!! But can you build one with a back door it doesn’t feel like a home to me unless it has a back door I love that you make the with 10 1/2 wide it works for me less feeling Claster phobic I will be purchasing one from you guys soon.

My favourite so far! It does not feel like a Tiny House at all. Can you tow this with a pick up truck or does it have to be moved by a semi-truck and put "permanently" in place?
This is by far the best kitchen. I like the 24" W and D. Super layout and thoughtful storage solutions. The best one yet!
Awesome layout, steps in particular. Living area, like lots. window and elevation. lowering the wall between living area and kitchen a bit and trade out dinning booth for small leaf table to accommodate 4 may make things feel more open and a little less boat like interior

What a fabulous layout. Great use of storage. Love the kitchen. The only thing I would change is to have the entry door open towards the lounge area.. The way it is seems to make a cramped entry with the stairs on the right and the door opening to the left.
When I thought the door opened flat to the wall next to the kitchen chair I disagreed with you. When JP pulls the first long drawer then I saw the little step behind the door which prevents it from opening flush to the wall. You’re right it’s better to have the door open facing the kitchen table.
Just wow! I think this is now my favorite. The layout is superb. The screen door is a must! The storage is great throughout the house. That bathroom is amazing. The smart toilet and towel warming bar are a bit much for me; but, yes to the bidet! I just love the quality of your builds. Excellent craftsmanship.

I love your work. Think it would be cool in the bathroom if the vanity for the sink had a flap on the side that could flip up to hold clothes while showering, a makeup bag or hair styling items while getting ready. Also is it possible to make the living room area not as tall, (6 feet) and place a bedroom above that’s also 6 feet?

A Minimaliste house will always be a Minimalist house. This one has some interesting features, but I still prefer the original Noyer 😍😍😍 Awesome job once again guys ! 💪🏽💪🏽

Yesterday, I watched your tour of the Noyer that was designed for the traveling photographer. This is equally impressive. Makes me wish I already had some land, just waiting for something as beautiful and practical as the Noyer. Well done, Team Minimaliste! It would be great to see a tour of these homes with the homeowners after they've been living in their respective homes for awhile, and hear what they think. All the best to you all!
Looks absolutely 👍 great. Wondering if you would have this exact same custom V4 version, but with XL (a/k/a second master bedroom downstairs).
Very nice but I am not a fan of black cupboards or furniture. I think you should get rid of the bathroom bench. It looks bulky and is not really needed. It could be a space for a laundry hamper or you could put in a bigger vanity. Does the bathroom mirror open for storage? You also need a find a place for a full length mirror. I would remove the bench in the kitchen and replace it with a collapsible, long skinny table/bar where you can dine or have coffee while looking out the window. Also add more coat hooks on the wall near the door. Otherwise it is wasted space. Love the shower! Love the screen door! Are there screens on the windows too? That's a must for me. Windows are a problem in a tiny house. You need some sort of light weight curtains that provide privacy but still let light in during the day, unless you are nowhere near other houses.
Gorgeous! It would be nice to replace the solid half wall in the living room with the beautiful wire handrail in your Peuplier model. I think the clear sight lines would make the house feel more spacious. Plus, you’d be able to see the TV from the kitchen. Move the hanging hooks to the right of the front door.
Such a beautiful house! I wonder if a Japanese soaking tub could be substituted for the shower and make a closet with the saved space. Too many clothes... I know.
Wow! This is a dream mini house! Best one I have viewed so far on your channel, very elegant but practical. But I know the price range is out of reach for the ordinary Joe. Still nice to look at though.

Great work and design! Really love the layout. Only thing I didn't like was how he has no counter space near the sink, but I guess he figured he could always use the table.
Wow! I will have to watch again to process all the fun hi-tech items. I would have loved a propane fireplace under the TV area in the living room. Otherwise is perfect!
Love the house. Bathroom was nice but think I would for go the smart toilet lol. The only thing I would want in my tiny house would be a wood stove just in case I would have no power. Plus at times it gets 40 below

The best design out of all the Minimilaste homes. Great design! Probably 15th time watching this one.
The original noyer was my favorite tiny house ever,the only adittion i like is the closet in the bathroom,the placement of the stairs to the living room next to the entrance,compared to the original, is wrong, as well the higher wall between the living room and the kitchen, makes everything look smaller and more limited, also the box under the table does not allow a third or even a fourth person to use it, without offering much storage space

i think i prefer the original design. that wall that separates the living room really makes the house feel small.
Put a board over those 2 deep drawers and then a mattress and that would make a nice bed for 2!!!
