      In moderate amounts, all overconsumption is bad.

    Too much of anything is bad for our bodies. But the worst isn’t sugar it’s the overconsumption of fats both oils and saturated fats. If your pancreas is healthy some sugar and fructose is not biggest problem. But processed fats are always a problem for our bodies. The fat round your waist and around you pancreas, liver and heart that is of the biggest concern.

    I am guessing it is the sugar that body can take large dozes but it takes time to have a bad effect on you !

    That is so sad to see kids not being able to eat sugar. You’re depriving their brain of glucose dietary fat is the leading cause of diabetes as dietary fat is the biggest factor for causing insulin resistance. Sugar is not the problem. It’s sad to see all these adults with eating disorders, pushing them onto kids and destroying the opportunities of the young ones, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

      They’re talking about refined added sugar…. There’s a difference between fruit, whole grains and beans vs. candy and sugar.
