When I was younger my dad would take me to this little Japanese restaurant owned by an older couple, he was the cook and she served, sweetest people on earth, he made some amazing Sukiyaki.
Look absolutely fantastic. After starting to eat japanese food, I feel a lot better. Lighter. I do not deepfry anything, stirfry, yes. Using a lot of different vegetables, and making my own sauces, and found out that tonkatsu sauce can be used to... everything. 😊 Homemade! The best part, of making japanese food, is how easy and fast it is. I do cook a lot of rice, and make a lot of one-person servings, and put them in the freezer, so just 30 minutes ahead of preparations of the greens, the rice is ready to be used... 🥢
It seems that you can decide whether to add water or not as you like. In my case, if I boil it without adding water, it feels like the taste is too strong, so I added water. Because the moisture evaporates while being stewed and the taste becomes thicker. I think it's good to add water little by little and adjust it to your favorite taste.☺️
Is the brown liquid bottle the sauce I put in when I boiled sukiyaki?👀 The eggs were made with fresh raw eggs that I just bought. It's the official way to eat sukiyaki.🥚🍲 If you don't like raw eggs, eat them without putting them on them. It's delicious as it is.☺️

It's nice. ✨ I've only eaten sukiyaki at home since I was young, so I want to try the authentic sukiyaki at the restaurant.🤩
Pretty and yummy!!!!!
These are my favourite Japanese cooking channels. "what we eat every day" All those veggies are so good for you
Thank you😊
my friend good evening, yummyyy sukiyaki, love it
I love sukiyaki too.😊
This is definitely not lazy cooking 😅 That looks delicious! 😋
Thank you. 😊 It's much more lazy cooking than Japanese restaurant sukiyaki. 😅( The sauce is commercially available, and the procedure is self-styled)🫢
Korean traditional ariron music on the back ground for Japanese dish???
I like it very much because of the beautiful sound. 😊✨ I'm not particular about it. 🙂

Arizona is not just a beautiful sound it contains Korean soul.
Next time, I will use this song in a video of Korean food.😊🇰🇷
Thank you for letting me know.😌🎵🌏
Sukiyaki is such a wonderful meal. Everyone should go to a Japanese restaurant and try it. It's expensive but worth it.
😊👍👍

That song is Arirang (Korean). Is this program produced by Japanese?
I don't know the details. 😅
I thought it was good music from the music of a video editing app called VLLO, so I'm using it.😌
I like the music too but I don’t think it is Aiirang

👍👍👍
Isn’t this nabe? Or sukiyaki?
This is sukiyaki.
It varies depending on the order of making, ingredients, and home, so there are various ways to make sukiyaki.😊👍
what was that bottle of liquid you added after the vegetables please?.
This is a commercially available sauce for sukiyaki.🍲
I buy the same bottle at the Japanese market to make sukiyaki. Do you need to add water? I can’t read the directions. Thank you!
