Part I of II Yes, I guess I was a Parkinson's candidate 30 years ago -- that's when my stool was rock hard because of chronic constipation. I however managed to fix that constipation by taking vitamin B1 (50mg) for just 4 days 😮😮😮. Fiber did not fix it -- but a simple B vitamin 🤔
Part II of II Sorry, but spinach is not for human consumption -- it's for rabbits! Haven't you heard of Sally Norton and the very high oxalates in spinach and almond flour causing her vulvodynia? Or haven't you heard about Jill Harris LPN [kidney stone] diet?
I used to take calcium citrate every morning when I was eating spinach to handle the oxalates, but not everyone has an issue with them. There are 3 markers of oxalates on the organic acids test and usually it's people with high levels of candida that show up with high oxalic acid. Lots of healthy foods have oxalates, unfortunately.
