This video just quite literally solved my knee issues I have been experiencing for almost a year! Thank you so much.
Thank you very much Brother!!! Simple, straight forward, and effective.
Thank you!! This is exactly what I needed!!
Thanks and God Bless All.
I cannot thank you enough for this. I had been dealing with debilitating knee pain off and on for 10 years, seriously. This exercise relieved my pain in one day. THANK YOU.
Fantastic explanation AND demonstration of a little joint that can cause all kinds of trouble & 'mystery' pain. 3 Drs had no clue why I was suddenly having a stabbing pain when I walked.
Fantastic video, narrated superbly. Subscribed.
Very helpful description- thanks
This video is fire no cap
I’ve been on a Medial meniscus and ACL recovery for over 5 years already and my knee is in constant pain , this exercise hits a complete different spot that I was missing 👌🏽👌🏽 I often times feel sharp nerve pain rádiate all the way to my foot but it’s a type of pain that is needed to then feel comfort which sucks but it’s better than nothing
my knees got a little "hot" after some heavy front squats. this wod helped a ton. Im virtually pain free now. Although I did use a thick stick wrapped in a towel instead of my fingers/hands (I have pretty flexible ankles). Im guessing something like a "peanut" made out of a couple of tennis or lacrosse balls, taped together, would alleviate the pain even faster. Thank you and subbed.
Thank you 👍
Thanks for this help bro
Holy hell man... This solved my lateral ankle and lateral meniscus pain. 18 months of pain and a menisectomy later.. a 30 second exercise fixed my pain. Thank god I traced my PTFJ pain to this video. My ankle is no longer constantly needing to be cracked. It was because my proximal fibular head was locked.. my goodness, thank you.
Your visuals are excellent. This really helps to relieve a very painful condition. Thank You, Peace... 😎
Awesome video thank you!
Thank you.
great treatment
thanks bro
Thank you Doc
