The Puerto Rican make cassava this way with some of the boiled water but they add onions and sweet peppers. Yours looks delicious with all the seasoning.

i never made it like this. always a dry cassave and mix in the ingredients you have with some tomato past☺☺👌👌 how much liquid did you left in.
