In RA2 you can have infinite Yuri Prime if you have Cloning Vats and a Hospital. When the previously damaged unit comes out from the hospital, it will be cloned at the same time. :D

Hard to believe that you're the same one who made those Doom 3 ROE analysis videos, and I haven't watched those in ages. Anyways, my favorite tech structures are Oil Derricks, Hospital, and Machine Shop. Also plays a great role in one of my all-time favorite maps in RA2 Yuri's Revenge. Bay of Pigs.
I was a newbie back then when I was making Doom3 videos. But watching them now they are actually well made. My only concern is that I was playing on low quality. :(

There is. Just look for the Yuri's revenge discord channel and the CnCnet discord channel. It's not 100k people or anything huge, but there are enough people that you can comfortably play games online every day, you don't have to to queue for minutes. They make video, share content, organize little tournaments with price money and so on. Definitely pretty active for an almost 20 years old game
The reason why the game is still alive is cuz it's a good game there are plenty of games that come out now and within five years are completely desolate cuz they're not good games they don't have the same replayability

One minor addition to the Hospital one: if you capture a hospital and have a Cloning Vat, any unit healed at the hospital gets a free clone at the vats. That was a weird bug I found during a skirmish game. For some reason, it considers any unit leaving a hospital as being 'trained', so produces a corresponding clone at the Cloning Vats.
One extra helpful gimmick about the Repair Outpost is that it can repair vehicles for free as opposed to the Service Depots of Allies and Soviets, and Naval Ports of all 3 factions (for Robot Tanks and Amphibious Transports). Dolphins and Squids are affected by the Hospital. As for the double repair and healing thing, I want to believe you, but I can't. Can you do a side-by-side split-screen comparison, one with 1 Hospital/Machine Shop, one with 2, and one with none?

They are not remaking RA2 yet I don't think. Am I missing something? They announced the remake if other 2 games in the C&C series, but not RA2. I'm sure they will get to it if the other remakes do well, but it's not official

Open RA are working on tib sun and ra2. Hope it maintains the same feel and quirks though. As good as the tib dawn and ra1 remakes open RA did are, they do feel different.
Oh man you forgot to include the bug in Multiplayer where using chrono legionnaire on Oil Refinery will basically stop it from providing 20$ funds even after legionnaire lets go of it
not that bug, he would have at least show bugs that have been fixed to prevent abuse.. like the tech hospital glitch where infantry without veterancy entering a hospital after stolen enemy wf tech would be promoted, or if you have a cloning vat, a new infantry comes out from there for free.
hospitals and airports were good to me when combined with American Allied subfaction. Spam dozens of GIs at a time, they self-heal and as they promote up to elite rank they become nigh unkillable and eventually I end up with dozens of those, especially if they were able to camp in garrison buildings long enough to minimize losses
You forgot to mention that there's a limit of how many units you can get with special labs. I think only three. Capturing more Secret Labs beyond that won't grant you anything.
The only limit that exists is that you can't have more labs on the map than there are boons, else there are no boons at all. Vanilla has 8 boons total, I believe.
That's because the secret lab have attributes in coding about what secret infantry, unit or building can deliver, which are empty. Those are used only for single-player maps. Very neat for custom missions in the modding community. :3
The only new things for me were ability of Outposts target ground units(always believed it to be simply Patriot with Repair Depot) and how Hospitals worked in RA2. Your job is appreciated. P. S.: Just to sate my curiosity, what is left to test and will you test psi-units(Mastermind, Yuri clone, Yuri Prime, Psi commando)?
No units left to test unfortunately. Those are hard to test and not much to show but I'll see what I can do. Currently working on random stuff. Next video will probably be about unit statistics.

I wonder if secret lab is able to give Black Eagle to a Soviet or Yuri player if they do not have acces to Airforce Command HQ? If so, what will happen in this case? Black eagles will not have a place to rearm themselves, so will they just self destruct upon creation?

In Tiberian Dawn, if you train an infantry unit EVA will say "Building" instead of "Training" in contrast to later titles.

Infantry heals 20hp per Hospital every 50 frames and Vehicles heals 5hp per Machine Shop every 75 frames.

Dolphins and squids, despite being organic creatures and thus, being healed by the hospital tech building, can also be "repaired" by the naval yard.
