Well, not all you followers are young, I'm a 60 year old female, I started with a 4 kg kettlebell, once I mastered this workout at present I'm working with a 6 kg one, I hope in a few weeks to be able to work with 8 kg. Congrats for your excellent videos. 😊
I really don't understand why you don't have 10x as many subscribers yet, your video's are pure gold! You're a hidden gem, love your style man, keep up the good work!
I recommend your channel and kettlebells to anyone and everyone. Ive sold off other equipment as I just dont find any of it necessary anymore. 5weeks in and Im a new person, nothing hurts, sleep is better, any activity is a breeze. Thankyou!! 🎉
Oh, I cannot thank you enough! Overweight, out of shape 61yo lady here, and this is where I begin to reclaim my fitness. Bless you for making this available.

Been doing your 15 minute one for beginners for couple of weeks. That kicked my ass the first 2 times. Just finished this one and felt good doing it. M40/120+
I am amazed that this content is free :-) I probably would have binge-watched all videos - many on slow mo. Your form is flawless and lots to learn from. 1. Warm Up : 2 Mins (Single KB only - 16Kg for M) (DH = Double Hand) 2. [ DH Power Clean : 2 Mins 3. DH Swings - 10Reps X 2 (Use 2 Mins) 4. DH Power Clean+Squat+Press : 2 Mins 5. Rest : 1 Min ] - 1 Round 6. Perform 3+ Rounds with slight modifications as per notes 7. Notes: 2nd Round Swings - Make a high pull 8. Notes: 3rd Round Power Clean - SH (Single Handed) L and R. 9. Notes: 3rd Round : H2H Swings : Full 2 mins 10. Notes: 3rd Round: SH Power Clean+Squat+Press : 2 Mins 11. 1 Min Finisher - 10 x Burpees 12. Cool down
definitely saving this one for later. another banger from gregory. no one else even comes close to this channel when it comes to kettlebells. we need to get greg to 100k subs.
Gregory - I am so happy I discovered your channel. I'm 60, have been into sports and the gym my whole life. Just started with kettlebells. Your form/technique are flawless and as perfect as I've seen anywhere, your attention to injury prevention is much appreciated at my age. Just want to say thank you so much and send some love to you! And wish you a Happy and Prosperous 2024!
Thanks again. Question, do you see any problem or disadvantage with using a standard leather weight lifting belt for lower back stability? Or better to not, and strengthen that area?
I discovered your videos two months ago. Since then I've been able to increase my strength, endurance, and stamina with this video alone. My biggest benefits are being able to lift and play with my three year old son easier and give my wife better massages. Keep up the great work. Thank you Gregory and Angie.
I don't really like ballistics except if I see myself as fat. I rarely use exercises like Swing, Snatch, Clean etc. I think that from the age of 40 onwards, lean mass must be preserved and increased (obviously not in a huge way like Ronnie Coleman). I love circuits more for gaining lean mass than for losing weight
Spoken word is clear, concise, engaging. Exercises are well explained and understandable….. I almost came out in beads of perspiration, just watching. Much thanks, your video/s have motivated me to start training again, after many months away from my bells. Much thanks, Steve, Bristol, U.K. 🙏👍🏼😊 ….. 😇
This is awesome, Im a beginner and I felt almost comfortable with this pace (had to press pause twice), and I like that it's the whole workout, not a notation to repeat this 5 times and that 10 times. You got a new subscriber.
GREAT VIDEO! I'm really glad I came across your video. I've been wanting to get into kettle ball for a while now but really didn't "get it". When I first saw them I thought it was just another gimmick. After watching your video, now I "get it"! I didn't realise there were so many different ways to use them. I always thought you just swung them up and down and that was it. You've really opened my eyes to the value of using them and it's also a nice change of pace rather than just lifting and machine training. Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge. And one more thing... I like your style of video and the presentation. It's very laid back and enjoyable to watch without being intimidating. Thanks again and you've definitely got another viewer !
Omg I thought use this to move up weight. Its brilliant. Definitely will be using this to go from 12 kg to 16 kg without injury as can switch back easily. ❤❤❤❤❤
Man! I am in love with your channel and your videos, I have been following you since July and man, well, I was an alcoholic, I have gone 50 days without alcohol, I lost weight, I have a skinny fat complexion and I have noticed that my shoulders take shape, I already have some buttocks, I resist the series more and I am faithful to your advice: 1. show up, 2. be consistent. I invested in a pair of competition weights and immediately saw the difference, I had a very cheap one that they sell in 15 lb Amazon packages, I replaced it with an 8 kg and 12 kg one, it's like going back to the beginning but with a different attitude !! I would appreciate it if you could give some tips to strengthen my wrists, I can't stand doing push-ups or full burpees because of the pain in that joint!! Greetings from Mexico and thank you very much for your dedication! I send you a hug and love for you and your beautiful family!!
Thank you! I did this yesterday and going to do again now. Felt amazing. Only thing is, switching hands while kettlebell is flying felt too dangerous, esp. at the end of the workout when hands get tired. I couldn't use one hand and felt like my form was wrong and prone to injury, so I switched to two hands. Are you Dutch? 🎉❤
Gregory - Great work out. I’m new to this and have really enjoyed this program whale traveling in my camper. I can feel it and like the feeling. I’ve been doing this one for a few weeks now. What would you recommend to go to next? Thanks in advance.

So, I've just started using kettlebells and I'm a complete beginner. And when I do any exercise, all that I feel are my thighs being used. I think I have a somewhat good form since my back is not in pain but I can't get my glutes to feel anything. Does anyone have advice on how to get them to work? (I have a background in soccer so my legs are the most powerful muscle in my body)
You can do this quite easily with a kettlebell. Power clean the bell. Move your legs further apart into a sumo stance. Now start doing squats. Sets of 10 will be about right. Not too fast on the tempo and get as low as you can. Do them every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. Your glutes will be on fire the next day. Three times a week for a while will get your glutes up to speed quickly.
If you're complete beginner, could try doing 2/week, but if you have some training done already, 3/week like you mentioned should be good. Thats kind of ideal spot for most people. I personally do this 4 times a week and then another routine, so its 5/week, but im also old lifter who moved into kettlebells after COVID as it was way more comfortable to do it at home.
I wonder if it is okay to work in the same day cardio first and then the sequence to grow muscle... OR is it design to work one day fat loss and the next day muscle
I started this today and it kicked my butt buuut i dont understand how to do the standard cleans one arm properly, keeps hitting my wrists so i rested during that part.
Hello Gregory.. I want to use a timer hehehe. But I don't know the best interval. I have been using the KB before but I stopped. I don't whether 30 secs work and 15 secs is best. Please help me....🙏🙏🙏
You don’t lose fat by exercising! You lose fat by eliminating carbohydrates from your diet, primarily grains, sugars, all ultra processed food. It’s your hormone INSULIN that controls your ability to burn body fat. By eating up on carbohydrates all, day, you will NEVER lose body fat. Your must clear your system of insulin by eating proteins and fat. In other words: changing to a Ketogenic or carnivore diet! Exercise is great for muscle tone, strength and flexibility in the joints,mBUT IT DOES NOT BURN FAT!

This training is like a medicine for me. Thank you, my friend!
This is such an excellent video. And thank you for saying women should use 10kg. I always feel like it needs to be heavier.

I like to switch it up. Every 3 days. Other two days, I'd follow the other follow-alongs Grigori has posted

Don't worry about the interval; take as much rest as needed.
If we don't have kettlebells can we use dumbbells? I have a set of power blocks and I'd rather not buy more equipment.
Try and find out
How often a week is recommended to do this exercise I’m a beginners trying to lose weight
