So what iPad are you most looking forward to?
I ordered the 11 inch Pro iPad
Looking at the 13” pro with cellular and 1tb. I’m coming from the 12.9” M1 with 512 and AT&T. Mostly using it for gaming, UA-cam, and hopefully some coding. I’m getting cellular because I don’t have $2000 and more for an iPad. AT&T said about $55 a month for 30 months plus the Magic Keyboard.
Don’t have a MacBook yet put I’m planning on getting the $2400 16” some time so I can use Xcode and parallels for windows 11. This should suit me for years.
Im looking to buy the air 6.The ipad pro is just a little to big for my likings
i wishthe ipad pro was 1000 dollars in canada its so much more expensive here is 1399 for 11 inch and 1799 for 13 what a scam

Would mention the 1TB and 2TB models of the ipad pro get a better CPU and more Ram, this is found through the + button on the details when selecting a storage size.

I agree with you, bummed that they didn’t come out with a new mini.
But one correction (which doesn’t make sense from Apple) but the new keyboard does not work for the IPad Air. It’s only for the iPad Pro.

I was gonna get iPad Air 13 inch 128GB but I went on Best Buy its not brainer so I just bought iPad Pro 12.9 inch 6th Generation M2 128GB Opened box For $750 with AppleCare. I knew this iPad will last me forever!

Hello, i think that i will buy an Ipad air. I'm buying it because i'm going to start university as a freshman in september studying math & computer science. I just don't know if i should go for an 11" or 13". The pro seems overkill and i don't have enough money to purschase it. I will mainly use it for notes and then youtube, spotify, google etc...

My girlfriend been wanting an Ipad so I bought one today for her birthday in a few weeks and I grabbed the air. I have the last A chip iPad pro and I only got the pro because of video editing and all that. She designs clothing and stickers as her job and been using photoshop and this is about to be a giant upgrade.

The difference between the air and the pro is no camera options and the speakers. So if you’re someone who is doing any video editing, that will be a concern.
Yeah I think Apple is just assuming these days that everyone has AirPods which is how I think anyone editing on this thing should use it. Do you do video editing?
This video was actually really insightful! Starting this fall, I’m going to be a graphic design student and I want to mostly focus on vector art. I might have some other things on the side, too, like photoshop and final cut (I’m pretty sure it’s on iPad). Would you recommend me getting the Air with the most storage, or the Pro which is able to handle a bit more all around? Also, which screen size would you recommend? I’m leaning toward 13 inch just for the art, but I have a Macbook already
You’re probably the 1% of people who could actually take advantage of the larger pro model so I’d say go with that. 13 pro all day for what you do!

@@David_10157 Yeah man it may not be, I got it a really long time ago but it is definitely the sport loop style from apple. It holds up well enough that I wouldn't get the knock off version from a 3rd party company

I went ahead and spent the money for the OLED. It's just worth spending the money for that better screen. If not for this, I would have just went for the Air.

I am an architect by profession and would be dealing loads with modelling and presentations. 14” MBP with M3Pro (11CPU/14GPU/18GB RAM/1TB SSD) cost $2,199. Oh fo sho, it’s not iPad but still I am gonna pick 14” MBP M3 Pro anytime of day 🤭

I have a question, I am thinking of buying an iPad to take notes for my studies, I already have a main PC and the iPad would only be for taking notes and not carrying books that I can have in PDF there, I was thinking about buying an iPad Air M2 ( the new one that came out) but today I found a NEW 11-inch iPad Pro M2 with 256GB (the 2022 one) for $699, I was thinking about buying the new 256GB iPad Air M2 that is here in California for $659 but when I saw this iPad Pro M2 equal to 256GB making me want to go for this one, what do you think? I would practically gain in screen with pro-motion, 600 nits in SDR and 1000 in XDR, in addition to better speakers and a thunderbolt port and I would only lose 2 years of updates and compatibility with the pencil pro (which honestly does not interest me much since I study medicine and I would only use it to take notes from my classes), for 50 dollars more, the pro is more worth it, right?

Thoughts on upgrading to the new iPad Air from a much older iPad Pro? (Eg. 10.5inch iPad Pro)
Do you feel like the old iPad is slow yet? If you do then I’d totally upgrade, but if the old one is still chugging along just fine then I’d wait cause I don’t feel like there’s been any updates that are so big that it’s worth it yet.
Mini = iPhone Pro Max or iPhone Plus. Size wise.

My wife is an artist (not professional making money yet) and she will likely be doing video work of some kind for artwork/social media. She's really set on getting a 1TB version of the 13 inch iPad air to have it last a very long time (maybe even 10 years). Is it really necessary to have that much storage on it? Is it difficult or annoying to connect an external HDD/SSD to it and move files?
It’s not difficult to use an ssd but the way that the files app is set up it can be a bit of a clunky workflow. If you have the budget go for the 1tb but if you’re trying to save some money then the ssd option is totally doable. Also if you’re planning on keeping the device for 10 years it may just be work going with the larger storage option to save 10 years worth of looking around for your ssd and possibly losing it haha

I'll consider the new iPad Pro because it gets the oled display which ive been waiting for. I think every iPad should have a nicer display than any iPhone. Steve Jobs introduced the iPad to be a more capable, more premium device than an iPhone. It is tempting me to get it because its the first device to get the M4 chip and should be a huge leap in cpu power from my 2018 macbook pro i5. The new iPad Pro would possibly take over my current laptop's duties. I'm still somewhat unsure cause im also waiting to see if Apple releases the m4 in the 14" MBP laptop as early as wwdc.
Yeah I still thing iPadOS is the problem and not necessarily the power of the chip. If they keep developing iPadOS then having that m4 will be dope but so far nothing I’ve done on the m2 pro has felt laggy or even coming close to the potential of that chip on an iPad.
