Looking to install headers on my 1994 Blazer. I have used Summit Racing products before on other cars I have owned. (Did a 1975 Corvette Stingray and had no problems) My curiosity here is, wouldn't Summit have known there would have been an issue fitting between the frame and oil filter? Or maybe this could be an issue with any other brand headers I wonder. I have never done this kind of work on a Blazer before so I am not sure what might be going on here

These headers were actually for a 99 Suburban that didn't end up getting used, so that's why we had to make them fit for the blazer

As long as they fit, I don't see why not
Did you had any problems with the spark plugs to changed them after you put your headers
Yes, some of them are extremely difficult to get to now lol
Does it need to be tuned?
Possibly... But you can pretty much always tune an otherwise stock engine, especially one this old
